I did however receive an email that addressed me by the wrong name stating that they had to ‚” Unexpectedly close the business due to lack of funding”. I am just the newest victim of this company’s fraudulent and unprofessional business practices. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I encourage all of you to do the same so we can prevent others from experiencing what we’ve gone through. I ordered shirts for a major conference for my team – guaranteed to arrive today. I have sent emails and called just about every other day since placing the order to check on the status and see about delivery – I was always told«We’ll get back to you.» Now, the conference is in 2 days and my team is without shirts! Today alone I have called and emailed. NOONE is answering at Cheap Embroidery and none of my emails have been replied to. Tiffany Polzin and Joe Verge have been the two people I’ve been in contact with at Cheap Embroidery. What about everyone else?

This is by far one of the worst companies that I have dealt with. I placed an order for 24 polo shirts on 11⁄30 and to this day have not had them delivered nor have an ETA of when I will receive them. When you call them they will give you the same excuse that they are really busy and are backed up and they don’t have the ability to give an ETA. I don’t understand how someone cannot give an ETA, you look at how many orders you have ahead of mine, how long it typically takes to complete an order and there you have an ETA, simple concept. I tried dealing with their manager who is a joke, just gives you the same BS answer. As I type this review, I have been on hold for 13 mins trying to talk to someone about when I will receive my order. If you need embroidery done for your business I highly recommend not using this company as your company will be a year older before you receive your products. I will need to reach out to the BBB soon and their city/county licensing to look into this company, they should not be in business.

Nearly 3 month to get the order in even though 30 days was promised. the hats came and out of 12 hats 11 were embroidered slanted. Waiting to see how they will handle this situation. I am hoping for a refund.

As others have said, I am not happy that I did not read these reviews prior to ordering 6 polo shirts. I placed an order on Oct 22 and before I could even click the confirm order button, I received a notification from my credit card company that my card had been charged. Should have been a red flag, but I continued. 10 days after ordering I called and asked about my proof and was told I would have them later that day and did within a few hours. I am not sure why it was that fast only after my contacting them but I approved the proof within an hour of receiving it. It is not Nov 20 and I called to ask about my order of 6 polo shirts and was told it could be another 7 to 10 business days which means that taking Thanksgiving out of the mix, I am looking at another 3 weeks of waiting at this point. I ordered these shirts for a company I started operating under on November 1 and as of today, I have to walk into potential accounts with no logo on my person other than on my business cards. I do not see myself ever purchasing from this company again and strongly urge anyone looking to order, please heed the warnings everyone is making here and other places. Edit: as of 12÷8÷15, I was told I will have my 6 polo shirts sent out by the end of the week. They are in production, my question for the company is how do they embroider so that 6 polo shirts with a single logo is in production today but won’t ship before the end of the week 3 days from now? Completely unacceptable.

This is by the far the worst company that I have worked with as part of my job. We ordered company polos from them, with an expected 15 to 20 day turnaround. That timeline passed and I was frequently calling them only to receive empty promises. I recently decided after being assured that their issues have been resolved to give them another chance and reordered the polos for some events. Those events have come and gone, it’s been a month, and still nothing. My message left on the website and all of my calls have gone unanswered. All I received was an e-mail saying that they have received too many orders(same excuse as last time) and are asking the production team to complete my order. AVOIDTHISCOMPANYATALLCOSTS.

Do not do business with these people. My business made a 200+ dollar order of merchandise, expecting a 15 day turnaround. 20 days after approval, I called, asking where the product was. They said it was in production. 13 days later, I followed up and they told me it was entering production and«should ship in the next week.» At this point I do not trust their word at all. I repeatedly have asked for discount or other compensation for the delay and my requests have been completely ignored. This is clearly a terrible business offering unrealistic prices for a seriously flawed product.

Placed my order August 25th, approved it September 11th, they finally started the order on October 14th after I nagged them. They finally finished my order and shipped it on October 21st, it won’t arrive until October 27th. I had a very small order, 4 shirts, 4 hats and 2 aprons. I wished I had read the reviews here first. Looks like they just lie about what they can do.

I ordered caps twice from this company. the 1st time it took them 60 days to get the order in and they had promised delivery within 30 days. Only after I called and canceled did they even acknowledge the delay. They had already gone into production so they sent me some of the caps for free. They finally sent the refund as requested. I appreciated the gesture and gave them a 2nd chance as a show of good faith figuring this was a one time kind of thing and that someone had just dropped the ball. It happens. I ordered hats again on 8÷26÷15. by 9÷26÷15 the order hadn’t arrived. I inquired and was promised to receive by the 30th of September. Then I get the approval for artwork AGAIN, which set off the alarm in my little head that they probably had never processed the order. on 10÷6÷15 after STILL not receiving the hats and being told it was not even in production yet(supply issue?) even though it reflected as being«in production» on the order sheet. I canceled. I hope I get the refund w/o having to call my credit card company and putting a dispute transaction on the card. Bottom line, if you really need your merch and you need it hassle free, this is not the place to go… at least in my experience. What good is cheap if the merchandise doesn’t arrive?

Unlike Joan in a previous post I was not able to get a full refund as they were determined to keep my 15 dollars for digitizing my logo. Placed an order for an upcoming event and hadn’t heard from the company for 5 days. I sent an email looking for a status and asking what I could do to expedite the process. The response I was given was that the proof would be sent by the end of the week but no guidance on expediting… Well 11 days after placing my order I reached out to their customer service department via chat. I was advised that they sent my proof and were waiting to hear from me. I verified my email, date, and who the email came from. I have nothing, not in spam, junk or trash. At this point I was still willing to move forward if they could guarantee the goods getting to me 10 days from now. They could not. This review is not of their product but entirely based on my customer service experience with them, this is definitely the«cheap» part.

I placed an order 6÷26÷2015 and as of this morning(8÷3÷2015) I had still not received my product. In early July I called to ask the status of my proofs since I hadn’t heard from anyone. Megan said they’d send it the following week. Proofs arrived via email 7÷13÷2015, a week later than promised. I approved the artwork shortly after and never heard back. I called this morning to say I no longer needed the product since the event had passed, and I requested a full refund. Megan said they’d send the order out next week. I said I requested a refund, not delivery of a late product. I can’t speak to the product itself, but I did get a prompt refund just now so that is acceptable. Up from 1 to 3 stars for that. Looks like a small business so I’m cutting them some slack. Probably better to provide a firm deadline.
