Workout Anytime

Very clean and all their equipment is in working condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love The flexibility of being open 24 hours.

So had a small problem since I was traveling from NC to the Newark area from out of town. I needed a Gym for a few days nothing fancy just something I can come and go and get a good workout in before and after all of the Thanksgiving food. I called around and came across Workout Anytime and talked to Brenda (owner) and she was very helpful and offered to let me workout there and give me ²⁴⁄₇ access to the gym during the Holidays. I used to live in Newark about 10 years ago and was very familiar with the area and was happy to see this new addition.
The gym is is not all that big, but has pretty much every machine you could possibly want to use. I especially like the virtual bike trainer, something I have never seen before with a spin bike. They also offer a hydro message machine that is really nice.
My only complaint would actually be on the virtual trainer bike as with most spin bikes you have at least an RPM or Mileage display. This has neither so as the virtual instructor is giving you direction you are trying to match leg movement vs keeping the RPM’s he is requesting. My suggestion would be is the add a display on the bike for this or just get some spinning bikes that have this already on it.

Reasonably priced chain that allows you to workout at all their locations. It is very convenient because they are always open. The hydro massage is offered at an additional cost, but a nice perk!

A great workout facility. Great ultrafit trainers. top of the line matrix equipment. Very nice employees! Love this place!
