Went in today looking for a beard oil. After circling the men’s cologne counter 2x trying to get noticed I finally asked the associate for help. I asked her if they carried beard oil. She then laughed and asked if I was serious I confirmed I was indeed serious. She continued to laugh and inform me she has never heard of beard oil and they do not carry any. I was so turned off I refused to ask anyone else. Left the store and found what I needed at Ulta. They didn’t laugh at me when I asked for beard oil.

The staff needs to learn what polite conversation is… talking about people who are very ill and such — within earshot — is very off-​putting to shoppers. (And, we’re talking extremely personal feminine stuff they were talking about).
