Rich Hardwood Floors

We came home from vacation to find our hardwood floors were damaged due to a water leak. Based on Unilocal reviews I gavevBrad a call. His quote was very competitive. Do to the condition of the floor, Brad had to resurface over 1100 square feet of flooring. The quality of work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Rich Hardwood.

UPDATE:
After an awesome job installing our floors, we ran into some issues. First, the wrong trim was installed because of a miscommunication, and then the replacement was messy due to a dull blade. Next came an area where the floor started to buckle as Fall set in, and then got worse as we moved into winter, and then really bad because of a very small leak that left water on the surface floor for a couple of hours (didnt get under the floor). At the end of the day, Brad was awesome and came back out and fixed the trim and the floors. Its the follow up, standing by your work, and customer service that matters, and this is what you get with Brad.

We hired Brad to do our hardwood floors in our home in Monte Rio. He removed all the old nasty 1970s carpet and installed new hickory floors. He did an amazing job transforming our home into something entirely new. The floors are stunning.
Brad is a very conscientious and professional person, who clearly communicated the progress of the floors, letting us know when an issue was uncovered and how it could be addressed. In every case he was able to manage the issue without any extra costs.
I would highly recommend him. His prices are very reasonable, but you get amazing value for the quality of work.

I just had Brad put in hard wood floors and refinish the floors that were there. They look amazing and I’m so pleased with them. I would definitely use him again. The floors are beautiful.

Brad put in our floors for our entire house. We went with solid distressed hickory and they turned out just beautiful. Brad was responsive and finished on time. Highly recommended!
