Outstanding service on our 25-​year-​old AC. Dennis carefully explained what he found in the system, allowing us to make informed decisions. Ultimately he accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it well. I am really impressed with his skill and honesty. Our heater went out Thursday evening and we weren’t sure if we could get anyone last minute to check it out. Thankfully our landlord has connections with Furia and was able to get someone to work with our schedule. They didn’t have to, but we are forever grateful for Russell Lyles and the folks over at Furia for working on our furnace after 4pm.
We found out that the furnace didn’t need to be completely replaced, but the motor did. He could have waited to fix it on Monday, but Russell ran all the way into Santa Rosa, in Friday night traffic, to get a new motor and the other parts he needed, then came back after work hours to replace it. I call that going above and beyond the call of service.
