i had a lincoln continental a while ago the air ride suspension on the front passenger wheel
would be down by morning but would not pump up so i dropped it at barbers and they told me i need all 4 air bag struts plus labor over $ 4000 dollars i was very upset and i took it to the ford dealer in tamaqua rotet … they charged me 185 dollars and fixed it the same day the wiring going to the strut was bad loose connections they fixed it and i never had a problem ever since … i learned never to go back to there service dept again

We unexpectedly ended up at Barber Ford in Hazelton when our Ford F350 broke down on us while towing a 31 foot fifth wheel home from the Poconos. We were able to limp into town on a Sunday night and the Hazel Township volunteer fire department was kind enough to let us park our fifth wheel and spend the night on their lot waiting for Barber Ford to open Monday morning.
Of course we were at the dealership first thing Monday morning when they opened and we were pleasantly greeted by George Demansky, service advisor. We advised him of our issue and he quickly got to work checking out the truck. The problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered. We expressed to him our concern about getting back on the road as soon as possible as we had already missed one day of work due to the mechanical issue.
As soon as the part arrived they were able to make the necessary repair and get us back on the road that afternoon. We believe the price was fair and we were very appreciative of the quick service. It was a bit of a major repair replacing the water pump and I’m extremely happy two days later and a few hundred miles that there’s been no issue and they did outstanding work.
We would definitely recommend Barber Ford to anyone in the area whether local or traveling through Hazelton.
