A few people recommended this place to me, so I’m disappointed it wasn’t better. I ordered a miso soup and two sushi rolls — eel and cucumber and cucumber and avocado. The miso soup was fantastic — much more tofu and seaweed than I typically see from other places, and it was more flavorful, as well. However, the sushi was terrible. The rice was grocery store sushi quality — sort of gummy and not like fresh sushi rice at all. There was also entirely too much rice used, so the pieces were huge and unbalanced. Additionally, the eel was either old or prepared incorrectly because it had a very«fishy» taste… which is unusual for eel, so far as I know. Fortunately, the avocado and cucumber used were very fresh, but that didn’t exactly save this experience for me. I’ve been looking for a new take-out place because the one near me has very inconsistent quality food and the staff are rude. Unfortunately, this wasn’t it.

Pretty large selection of Asian cuisine. I ordered delivery through GrubHub which took a little over an hour. My order was accurate & complete, but I found out after I received my food that if you spend over $ 30(which I did) you can select something for free from a list of particular items — so I missed out on that! Everything I ordered was very good, except the fries that came with the spicy garlic chicken wings, but I wasn’t expecting the greatest French fries from an Asian restaurant. The beef chow fun was my favorite!

Food is consistently good but some items could use improvement(crab rangoons need help). Pad Thai good, sushi generic but fresh, sesame chicken good, friend dumplings good but they tend to forget the sauce. Quick delivery and the driver are always friendly.

Service was extremely slow and the food was lack luster. Went in for lunch and had sushi. Didn’t taste fresh at all.

Just had the Moo Goo Gai Pan Linch special. $ 5.35 + tax. The portion is very large and come with a choice of soup or soda. I’m really happy I came here because unlike a lot of Chinese take out joints my food was not salty. There was plenty of chicken in my dish and the balance of veggies & sauce was perfect. Only dislike was that there weren’t any bean sprouts in the pork fried rice. However, this is understood as a lot of people request to not have them in the fried rice. I myself prefer the authentic style with bean sprouts. Not enough to really complain or take stars away. I bookmarked this restaurant on Unilocal for future visits for when I pass through Hazlet.
