Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered pizza and cinnamon knots at 2pm, called store at 3pm asking about food that had an estimated time of 30 – 40 minutes. I was told that the driver was on his way. Called store at 330 asking again about order, was told driver was on his way. Still not there by 350, I went and got pizza from Fazolis. This location has always had time management problems, this is the first time I have had to wait almost 2 hours and stull not receive my order. It a shame because I really like papajohns, just dont order delivery from this location

I ordered a pizza for a ‘plan ahead’. I ordered at 2:30 pm for it to be delivered at 3:45. It showed up at 4:20. After calling twice, the girl was rude, didn’t apologize and offered for me to send the pizza back or they’d give me ½ off my next order. The pizza is cold and it was 35 mins late. I’m sorry. I should get to keep your crappy pizza and keep it for free when it’s cold and 35 mins late.
If you can’t actually «Plan ahead», don’t offer this option. The driver apologized and said they were swamped and he was the only driver. If you know you’re going to be busy (day playoffs game), then ramp up your staff. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I don’t want your lousy 50% off my next order because I will not be ordering Papa Johns again. Pizza places are a dime a dozen. You can’t afford to lose customers when there are 50 other pizza options in the surrounding area.

Order their all meat pizza last night and was delivered to our hotel room hot and it was The Best pizza I’ve had in a long time!

The staff is super friendly, especially the management. Food always looks good and everyone is smiling all the time. Store looks pretty clean too. So no complaints yet :)
