This could be awesome with some local and city improvements.
It needs:
–shade badly, it’s a hot box
–running water source
–more seating
It’s clean, off the beaten path, and great since Ferndale doesn’t have one. I know it’s new so it’s still in the beginning stages, but no one’s ever here so it’s not crowded which is nice.
Gated and locked.
$ 20/​year at City Hall January –January.
They provide poo bags.
Bring your own water though!
