Gigantic Garage Door Center, LLC

Have used this company in the past without issue but the last two times I’ve called for service they scheduled a time and didn’t show up or call to let me know they weren’t coming. They don’t answer their phone when I’ve tried to call them. Frustrating.

I had a broken torsion spring. The part was covered under warranty by Amarr, I just had to choose a company to do the repair. The company that had installed the garage door was a bit clueless, so I used Amarr’s website to find another installer. This location was competitive in pricing and understood how Amarr handled warranty repairs. They sent a guy out the same afternoon. Unfortunately, they sent him with the wrong part. He tried to make a temporary repair, but that didn’t hold. It was late in the day, so he said he’d get the right part in the morning and be back. He took care of it quickly the next day.
At this point, they were better than the company that didn’t understand how Amarr handled warranty repairs, better than the company that didn’t get around to returning my call until 7 am (ugh!) the next day, better than the company that wanted $ 125 for the repair. Not perfect, but at least I can get my vehicle out of the garage again.
