Fairy Tale Flowers

Owner was very nice the first time I called to place my order about a week before valentines day. She was very excited that I would allow her to make my delivery as early as 8:00 am-3:00pm at the absolute latest. She said that sense most customers don’t allow her to deliver that early she will get mine out of the way. She also said that sense I was allowing her to deliver so early she would add a free chocolate covered Strawberry to my order. When 2:00 rolled around and my deliver still was not made I called to inquire about the order. A nice girl answered the phone and I could hear the owner in the background. She sounded annoyed that I called because she had until 3. Yes she did have until 3 but she promised it would be early so i explained I was just calling to make sure she didn’t forget about me. The order was finally delivered at 2:50. It was supposed to have 6 roses and some other flowers. It only had 5 Roses, and there was no strawberry. I tried to stay with a local business instead of one of the bigbox websites. But she made promises that she did not keep. Very disappointing.

The owner was SO kind and helpful! EXTREMELY nice! Great customer service. Highly recommend this florist! The best. I had called her for a mother’s day bouquet from California and she was as kind as could be.

I went in to order flowers for Mother’s day. It was pretty emotional for me since my mom died this past January. I walked into a line of people and just started crying. She stopped right there, told the line to excuse her for one moment, came around the counter and threw her arms around me as I cried. It was truly a wonderful thing, she knew just what i needed!
So if you’re around HP, Ferndale, Warren, or plan on coming through, think of this review and stop in to see Christine. You’ll be glad you did!
