The name is no longer Eddie’s. We wanted a bar burger and beer. We pulled up and noticed the name change and that the parking lot was pretty empty. The waitress wasn’t the friendliest. Our hamburgers were grey. I sent mine back and opted for some wings (which were pretty good). Those of us who at the hamburgers ending up getting sick that night. Also, the food was served in melted plastic dishes, that were melted so bad half of the sides were missing. I won’t be back.

Eddies Atmosphere is THE première bar in Hazel Park. A hole-​in-​the-​wall away from the facetious, Ferndale hipster crowds. I’m almost second guessing my review so this place doesn’t get ruined by Ferndaliens like Stop Spot did.
They seem to have karaōke every night. At least every time I’ve been there. They have golden tee and beat of all… The drinks are insanely cheap.
You might see it and say, «what the hell?» But believe me. Give it a shot.

Eddies is my kinda place.
Being an HP-​Lifer, there are certain places that you know are just always gonna be a good olé standby, and Eddies is definitely one of those places!
The beers are cheap. Awesome!
They have karaōke. Awesome!
The staff is always super friendly to me. Way Awesome!
The food is great! Everything i’ve had has been really good. Granted, it’s bar food, but you’re in a bar. Also, Awesome!
The bathroom could be a little bigger, but thats about my only complaint!
The people that come in are often regulars, and they are very friendly too, and once they see you once or twice they treat you as a regular too and I like that!
They used to have a $ 20 minimum on credit cards, but i’m not sure it that still holds. They do have an atm machine right in the bar though, so that always helps.

This hole-​in-​the-​wall bar off of I-​75 is definitely worth going to. The staff is very friendly, the drinks are inexpensive, and the food is good. The place itself is a bit small, but it’s cozy. There is a shuffleboard table and kareoke.
