I needed a few small printed signs, so I contacted Tri-​City engravers by Email to get a quote.
Initially, the response was fast, but as I had more questions and the details that were provided were unclear, I felt that they quickly lost patience and at some point stopped responding to my Emails altogether.
Regardless of the size of the job, I think my business as a customer should be important to the provider.
Customer service is an aspect where Tri-​City have a huge growth opportunity in.

Amazing work I’ve been using them for years; the quality work comes with a decent price tag but it’s worth it, Bob knows a lot of things, if he can’t do it he knows who can! I get anything from signs, banners, stamps that come from Chicago which he repairs when broken. Really a sweet family of people they got me a free engraved pen!

I called to ask how long it would take to produce a notary stamp. The man who answered the phone responded by saying, «First of all, you need to speak up so that I can hear you.» Then answered my question w/​o me repeating myself. Not a very warm reception. It doesn’t take a whole lot of effort to be kind. And I can only assume his lack of customer service skills reflects the work they produce.

A good experience for doing business with them. I ordered a name plate, and they were able to turn it around in a couple days. They sent a preview through email and asked to approve or else inform them if there is anything wrong prior completing the order. Excellent and prompt service. Highly recommended.
