Called first to check if they carried the medical shoe I wanted, in the size I needed. Was told yes very quickly. Made me wonder. When to store and was approached by a gentleman asking if he could help me. I told him what I wanted and he went to his supply which was on a top shelf and had to turn most of the boxes around to read size. He told me he did not have my size. When I told him I had called and was told they had the shoe he had nothing to say. I notices on the box the price which was twice what I was told over the phone. To bad that I had to give 1 star. Joan
