The absolute WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I was going to place an order for carryout online, but decided to phone in my order instead. They took the name and phone number down for the order and said it will be ready in 15 minutes.
Lo and behold, when I get to the place to pick it up 15 minutes later, the person working there said that they never received an order under that name and phone number. WTF? Confused, I double checked the address and phone numbers on Google and my phone call log to make sure I did not get anything mixed up, and I didn’t. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Someone messed up BIG TIME taking the orders and would not even have the decency to admit it, so we had to re-​order everything and ended up waiting double the time. It’s ridiculous how incompetent the workers can be!
If you ever phone in an order, make sure to ask for the name of the person taking your order and double check the location you are calling (so stupid that you would even have to worry about that in the first place) otherwise for all you know, they’ll lie and say they never received your order. As for me, I’m never coming back and I’m telling everyone I know to avoid this place. No wonder it doesn’t even have 2 stars smh.

I usually order delivery but this time I went in to eat. It was a Friday night so it was busy. This place is unorganized and dirty. They don’t have a menu to look at so I had to pull it up on my phone. The line moves slow and the employees don’t always seem to know what they are supposed to be doing. The customer service during my visit was decent and the wait time for my pizzas was appropriate for how busy it was, approximately 25 minutes. I also ordered a pitcher of Stella and it tasted a little flat and old. Once we received our food, it tasted good. Just wish I could have enjoyed my beer as well. After this visit I feel as though I will stick with ordering delivery or pick up.

If I could I would give them no stars. I did an online order and apparently my CC # was incomplete and I had to wait another 40 minutes. When I have them the exact cc # everything went through. They wasted my time.

Really rude people there. Didn’t get treated like a customer at all. Food definitely matches the customer service, no care or respect for the food. Im definitely going to plan ahead so I can avoid this place. It sucks, because it is so close to home, and my son loves it. My son is the only reason I’ve given this place chances time and time again. No more money wasted here for me.

Cashier was very friendly. Picked up the two pizzas for $ 7.99 deal. Went home, bit my slice of Hawaiian pizza and noticed the pan crust wasn’t as toasty as I’d like…

Fifteen minutes later than the hour delivery I was quoted. Pizza came cold and apparently they gave up on cutting it about halfway through??? What a joke. Delivery guy was nice but I didn’t order pizza for the experience… I ordered for the pizza. Boo. How are you still open?

Never ever order delivery from this store. As I’m writing this I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours and still no pizza. Every time I order they take hours, and when the pizza comes it’s either cold or the order is wrong. Ownership has no clue what they’re doing– try staffing for demand for your other customers because I’ll never order from you again and I’m sure they won’t much longer either.

Food was good but the server was really lazy. The rest of our order came out when we were already done eating. The server handed out plates from afar. Multiple tvs here but the employee said he didn’t know the channel then another employee said it wasn’t possible. Wasn’t even busy

Always got not ppl working which is why service lags at times but food is done and still good place to take the whole family for dinner or go with friends to watch the games

Ordered pizza at 8pm online. Estimated time of delivery was 10pm. Didn’t arrive until 10:35pm. When it arrived I once again had to throw it in the oven because apparently they carry the boxes on the top of the car when they deliver.

Pizza is ok. I gave them 2stars just because it is very cheap. Service sucks here. I asked them if I can get my pizza extra crispy, guess what he they still give me under cooked pizza

Worst customer service ever. Both times they were late and the pizza was not even hot. Whenever I tried to complain they give me attitude back and are just rude. This was two times too much. I will never come back again.

I am not one to write reviews at all, however, this PizzaHut location has been the worst place I have ever recieved service from. This location is the only location that does deliveries to my place, and after countless of mistakes both including carry out and deliveries I have to at least let others know in hopes they do not order from here ever.
Whenever I ordered online for delivery a large ham and pineapple, it would take at least 20 minutes for them to notify me they were out of pineapple. 20 minutes! I decided to order carry out from them and its worst! Today I placed an order at 4:52pm over the phone and was given a wait time of 20 minutes. I got there at 5:12pm and my order was not ready. They told me it would take 12 minutes for my order to be ready, and ended up waiting 30 more minutes only to find out that my order was no where to be found. Two employees were searchimg for my order, after minutes one of them approached me and told me it would be ready in 15 more minutes. At this point I asked for my refund, another employee whom seemed to be the manager came and without a word nor apology gave me my money back. I just hope people save their money and time and stop coming here.

came here i asked for the deal. they told me it was $ 10. so i got the deal and a drink. i look at my receipt and im charged almost $ 20. if i didn’t look twice at my receipt i would of gotten screwed. lucky i got the difference back.
pizza took forever. they told me 15 – 20 minutes. it was more like 45 minutes.
i got my pizza and it was kind of crappy super oily. on the bottom. like they used half can of pam. or like a paint brush of oil.
they didn’t even cut the pizza that good had to stab the pizza with that stupid ass little spatula.
just to piece it out.
its better to just order ahead and pick it up. watch what they charge you. the lady made a few mistakes or was trying to boost her cash intake.
i miss the old pizza hut on hesperian by southland.

This Pizza Hut location has disappointed me for the LAST time. I will never again order from here. 2 hrs 10 min wait for a delivery?! That’s RIDICULOUS! I’m beyond angry with this place because they’ve messed up my orders before here and I’ve given them chance after chance and then THIS?! I HIGHLY recommend you DON’T eat here.

Wings were horrible!!! Pizza was okay… The bread sticks were disgusting!!! The guy who took my order was pretty nice, I ordered ranch and the girl forgot to give it to me, he noticed and brought it out to my car.
Overall not a good Pizza Hut, I usually love their pizza…

I usually go here for my pizza when I’m craving but after what just happened 10 minutes ago, I’m never going back to this location. My boyfriend was eating the pasta and he just pulled this long ass strand of hair from it. That’s freakin disgusting.
Not to mention we almost left without getting our wings, which were skimpy and gross looking and not really worth the 20 bucks I paid for it.

Service is always terrible and the food is slowly finding it’s way among the lower ranks as well. Pizza is always dripping grease and soaking the box. You always end up with less wings than ordered or else they’re the size of quarters and not filling at all!
Recently I went in and the total was $ 29.something, handed the kid $ 40, and he handed me back just some cents. Looked at him waiting for the rest, he stared at me like that was it. After a few seconds he rolled his eyes and reopened the drawer to hand me my $ 10. Almost grudgingly… did he think I wouldn’t notice and he could pocket the money? I’m not sure but that was a little interesting.
Not even based just off of that money issue, this place always sucks. I’d rather make two trips to go to Little Caesars and Wing Stop!

It’s Not Nice To Be Denied Twice
I was a fan of this location in the past,
but that situation wasn’t meant to last.
I’m starting to wonder if this place is poorly managed.
I walked out without ordering anything on consecutive Saturdays.

I love bacon, and I usually give new Pizza Hut creations a chance (the pizza features «hardwood smoked bacon and a blend of delicious cheeses»).
Anyway, the cashier told me that they were totally out (I’m guessing that the crusts are ready made, and that this location only has a certain number for each day).
She could tell that I was disappointed, and so she quickly said that I could order a different Stuffed Crust pizza (she tried to give me a reason to stay, and I did hesitate for a moment before walking out all dejected).

Epic fail.
Once again, I asked for a Bacon Cheese Stuffed Crust pizza (I don’t like to take no for an answer).
The cashier, who looked straight out of high school, promptly told me that they «just ran out.»
This time, I wasn’t surprised, and so I nodded my head, muttered «Of course,» and swore to myself in a multitude of languages.
The main difference is that the cashier didn’t suggest that I order something else. He didn’t even try to keep me from walking away (I didn’t stick around anyway).
I’m sure that the pizza is popular.
I’m also sure that this place can get busy on Saturdays.
Still, I went here at about 12:30 today. On the 11^th, I was here at about 1.
The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. They ran out both days after less than 2 hours? Pitiful.
I should also mention that it wasn’t busy inside either time. Some customers phone their orders in, but come on. I’m not going to go here right at 11, whispering «Open, open» (we’re talking about pizza here, not the latest iPhone).
I don’t know if the Cal game was on, but it’s cool that the girl in front of me in line today was directing her mother as to where they should sit (some college football games were on, and she wanted to sit near this one TV in particular).
Something should have been done after the 11^th (being disappointed once wasn’t enough to prompt me to post a review).
I’m sure that other people have experienced what I did.
This location needs to get its act together.

Ordered online and picked one of their «Daily Deals.» A large 2 topping pizza for $ 7.99 each. I went in to pick up the pizza and the employee opened up the box and showed me the pizza. When I was looking at the pizza, I didn’t think anything of it cause you really don’t know how the pizza is by just looking at it.
I did notice that there was less cheese on the pizza compared to the competition. Didn’t say anything while I was there. (Regretted it after I got home.)
The pizza itself was made good; but in all honesty, the pizza really needed a LOT more cheese on it to be called a «pizza.» It looked like a bunch of toppings on the entire pizza.
Wow! I’ve used the word «pizza» more in this review than I’ve ever used in an entire year so far in 2014!
At least I can say, «Hey, I’ve tried Pizza Hut Pizza.»
