Mexico Super

I like the meat counter at Mexico Super. They sell a wide variety of groceries. They also have a good variety of tortillas, Mexican cheese, Mexico bakery goods Service is good.

The store is clean, the floors are spotless — and the meat department is excellent!

I live down the street from this place, nice cashiers, helpful meat department, but I do with they carried a little more wide variety in items

Prices are I guess reasonable, meat always looks fresh and the carnitas are good. Also convenient to have a guy that cleans and repairs jewelry in side the store. The only bad thing about this place is the customer service the ladies at the check out stands need to know how to appreciate their customers and greet them with at least a hello and a thank you or one of the two but to totally ignore you as your waiting to pay, its just wrong, don’t even want to bother to tell you what your total is they just expect you to look up on the cash register and pay what you owe. If it was only a one time thing I would of taken it as her having a bad day at that particular time, but its been several occasions now and it is why I decided to write this review and take my business else where.

I was craving lingua tacos and I saw this place. The staff was good and the meet was fresh. Great experience and I would definitely go back!

There are 2 tamale ladies out front. One sells meat tamales and the other sells sweet corn tamales and atole (mex drink). It’s all delish and super cheap!
This is the store where we purchase our meat when we’re going to have bbq’s. Their «Arrachera» meat is always good quality.
Customer service is meh.

I used to come here with my mom a lot growing up. They have a decent selection of fresh produce and groceries. The carniceria (meat dept) is really good and affordable. Their meats are fresh and affordable, even more so than Mi Pueblo. My only gripe about Mexico Super is their pandulce selection. It’s small and often not fresh — sometimes there’s flies in the cases. :(

I love this market! They have a superb service in the meat department. The butchers know how to do their job! They have fresh produce and the cashiers are really nice! Parking is huge! Nice place!

HI, I have been going to this place for last 10 years and I have no complain, food prices are still reasonable. especially the beef arracherra meat is always fresh. I had purchased meet for carne asada at other places but the quality is not always good. the Mexican fresh cheese is great. if you looking for Mexican market with good service and fresh product you must try them.

The marinated meats here are delicious! I agree that the marinated chicken and arrachera are very good. The salsa they have at the meat counter is super spicy. You get a choice of drink if you spend over a certain amount. Good place to pick up some meat for the grill.

The meat dept. is just great! Most of their produce is pretty good and the prices are fair. The cashiers are very kind and helpful. My mom calls all the time to ask if they have a product in stock before she goes in and they always go check for her. I think that’s just great customer service. I will say that their pan dulce is decent at best; it’s been quite a while since it was worth buying.

Now that Mi Pueblo seems to be sprouting up everywhere, I can’t appreciate Mexico Super anymore. Sorry. Mi Pueblo is cleaner, larger and has better service.

The cashiers are hella nice, the prices are koo, the marinated chicken and arrachera are OFF DA HOOK!!! I shop there almost everyday!!!

An extra star strictly for the marinated chicken thighs and marinated arrachera. A fast convenient short-​cut to great barbacoa.

I LOVE this place. Dirt cheap quality items. WAAAAAAAY cheaper than Safeway or Luckys. I go here at least once a week.
For all you whiteys out there, the cashiers do speak english, as well as some of the butchers. They are all very friendly and helpful. Don’t be scared!!!
I love the meat counter, the pollo marinado and the puerco adobado are DELICIOUS, and I use these specific items for a few of my recipes. They also have some interesting cuts of meat, including quail.
