The best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Really authentic, Hayward has some really good Mexican restaurants and this place is my favorite. The staff is nice and welcoming. Feels like home.

Food is not horrible, but it does lack flavor and is a little over salted. Service? After giving the food, nobody came to ask if everything is alright or if we need anything else and we had to walk to the front to pay because they also didn’t bother giving the check on the table. Not tipping good for bad service.

this was one of my favorite restaurant’s. not no more poor service, had to deal with the owners daughters bullshit attitude again! tryed to order corn quesadilla she said no they don’t make them. lmao ok dumb ass! won’t be back anymore. not to mention we waited one hour for our food! juana and the busboy were frendly that’s why i gave them one star …

I love the food here. Shredded chicken and beef are great! It’s just a lil hole in the wall but the food is fantastic.

came here for taco tuesday. got 3 steak and 3 grilled chicken tacos. they were not bad.
came with chips and salsa and the only bad part is if you order another basket of chips its a $ 1.50.
staff was nice no problems. across the street from the bus stop. nice and roomy place.

I’ve passed by this place for years and never stopped in … today we did and are glad we did. Weren’t really greeted other than being told we can sit anywhere which is fine with me we got drinks chips and salsa within first 10 mins of arrival. Then ordered 15 minutes later. Our food came out 10 mins after we ordered. I had half order enchiladas with shredded beef I must say
hubby ordered 6 mini tacos and he ate it all with zero left over which he hardly ever does so you know it was good my daughter ordered just a side of beans and she ate those all too … she is also very picky about her beans. We will definitely be back. Thanks to my nephew for a great recommendation.

Taco Tuesday! Went here last night. super crowded, which is a good sign. The food still came super quick within 15 mins for a to go order. Tacos are $ 1.25 on Tuesdays, they are on the small side (5 inch), but all that means is buy more! Really yummy, will definitely frequent!

Their food is good… when they come around to serving it or taking your order. The place is kept pretty clean but I’m often ignored when I come here. Not only to take my order but they don’t check on me throughout my meal either. There was one time that I was eating their Chiliquiles and on my last bite I found a metal wire (looked like it was from a wire brush) in my food. They offered to make it again but seeing as it took 45 the first time, I declined the offer and ended up having to pay for it anyway. I should’ve asked for a manager when I found this wire in my food so that’s my fault. But they should’ve at least offered to give me some kind of discount off of this meal.
Customer service is at a low (if at all) at this establishment. If possible, order to go but give them extra time since they’ll say «30 minutes» and have you waiting for anther 10 when you get there.

I have been there more than couple times because my husband loves Mexican food and when he saw the sign Taco Tuesday, we were there every Tuesday for a while. He probably tried every flavor on the Taco menus. I only eat lengua mostly and flan. I tried their soup (chicken I believe) and it was over seasoned like it was from can. I don’t like can soups. The flan tastes decent and lengua is good for me, my husband hasn’t complained about other flavors, except fried pork (don’t remember the name). I really don’t like that one also. Once there was a band playing which was kind of annoying since it was too loud. Not counting the loud music once a while, pork taco, and over seasoned soup, this place is not bad. 4 stars because my husband likes it because of Taco Tuesday.

Came here with a group of friends for Taco Tuesday around 9PM, since they close around 10PM.
Once we walked in, we were seated right away. We placed our order, but how do you run out of the chicharron tacos, on a taco Tuesday? I was a little bummed. There was also a mariachi band there at the time, don’t get me wrong, it was nice listening to them. But, the only problem was that it was hard to have conversations with my friends because it was loud and non stop. They were playing the whole time we were there but at least take a break so other people can have a conversations without talking so loud like they’re yelling.
The chips and salsa — for taco Tuesday I think they charge you for it. The chips were fresh, warm and crispy. As for the salsa it was fresh and it has a kick to it, if you love spicy!
The Tacos — They were delish! I tried the carne asada, pull pork and lengua tacos. The carne asada and pull pork was good, the meat was cooked perfectly. As for the lengua, I’ve never tried it before but my friends told me that they were good so I gave it a shot, it was good, it was soft and seasoned well. All of these type of meats served on a warm soft tortillas that melts in your mouth.

Taco Tuesday was great. Great price. Great food. Great service. All the meats were good but the carnitas and steak were most on point for me.

Came here for tues tacos. Being from Los Angeles, I’m surprised n happy to find a good taco place. Tacos on tues is $ 1.25 each. Especially enjoyed the Carne Asada and lengua and head tacos. It was unique that they gave a whole onion head that was delicious n unique. Haven’t had flan but will try next time

I come here for Taco Tuesday! I haven’t tried anything else on the menu besides a horchata and their tacos but I’m really satisfied and if you live in the area and you’re just as much of a Taco lover as I am then come to this place!
I’m especially picky about my taquerias and was iffy about trying a new place because I usually drive all the way to Newark for Los Gallos but this will have to do when I don’t want to be stuck in traffic. They have taco Tuesday’s where tacos are $ 1.50 and I always get 3 shredded chicken and 3 steak tacos. It’s oily and flavorful, has onions and cilantro (you can ask for it without either/​or) and they fill me up! If I weren’t rushed during my 1 hour break i would probably eat 10 because they’re so yummy!
The only issue I have is not enough servers because it gets really busy especially at lunch time and they usually only have like 2 people working. Plus it’s really dark in there as opposed to bright happy and welcoming. Other than that I love the food and will keep coming back!

Service was great, food was awesome. I will definitely be returning for more Taco Tuesdays to come. I’m very particular about my chicken and they satisfied me yo the fullest with that part.

Growing up in the east bay I’ve tried a lot of Mexican food joints and after my cousin referred my to los dos hermanos I had to try it out.
The chips and salad: Delicious! The chips were warm and crispy and the salsa was fresh and spicy. I think we had three rounds.
Service: started off slow but picked up afterwards.
I had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. I loved the rice and the shredded chicken however the actual red sauce was mediocre.
My brother had the chicken burrito which had even more flavor a juiciness than the chicken enchilada.
My father had the wine sangria (they have soda sangria for the non-​alcoholics) and it was what I expected… fruity red wine that was sweet.
Overall it wasn’t bad but I’m doubtful if I’d go back.

This is our family’s favorite to go place and we eat there way more than we should!
They have the best refried beans and enchiladas. What makes their enchiladas so great is their sauce, which is super thick similar to red mole. They finish the prep right by putting the plated food under a salamander to broil the cheese topping just before delivering to the tables. The plates are so hot you can’t touch them, which means that you’re guaranteed hot food to casually enjoy before the food gets cold.
I’ve tried other items and wasn’t so impressed. Their shine through dishes are any dishes with sauces. Stick to the chicken mole, enchiladas or chili Colorado and you’ll be happy.
The endless fresh chips with homemade salsa and made to order corn tortillas are also a must. Just don’t eat too many otherwise you’ll ruin your dinner LOL!

I don’t always eat Mexican food… Actually, I do often and when I’m in Hayward, I usually visit this restaurant. Food is always very good and the staff is friendly. But don’t take my word for it…

Uh yep, I’m hooked. Came in on a Monday morning around 10. Had the Machaca and also the asada nachos. Both were excellent. I will be returning. Prices are fair and food is pretty authentic. Corn tortillas are home made and perfect. Staff are friendly. Sooooo full, soooo happy.

My favorite Mexican spot in the eastbay! Their rice is so fresh and fluffy. With tomatoes and onions. Favorite Mexican rice I’ve ever had.
I love chile rellenos and theirs are my fav so far! It’s still crispy and so tasty.

My family and I have been coming here religiously for a couple of years now, we love it, at least once a week or once every two weeks you’ll catch us in here. Sometimes the wait time can be intense but in all honesty the staff are amazing people and they work really hard so waiting around chit chatting with my family doesn’t hurt so much, it’s not like their standing around watching us wait and not caring, they’re really working their butts off, food is very good and this place will be a family tradition for us to go to for years!
I’m sure the people who think the wait is to long or that the staff isn’t «nice» enough have also had bad days at work or in life, it’s part of the business. They are great here, so don’t take the negativity on here too serious.

Si no fuera por el servicio pobre, comiéramos con más frecuencia en los dos hermanos. Por favor, aprenden a tratar sus clientes mejor y contraten meseras que de verdad quieren trabajar con la gente. Siempre sentimos como un carga para una en particular — por poco nos avienta el plato. Es todo.
If it wasn’t for the awful service we’d eat here more — food is good but the wait staff makes you feel like a burden and obviously need to look for a job they enjoy more. Key is to keep people happy folks. Too bad they haven’t learned yet.
