). He hooked me up with a chain that beat Shane’s price so I couldn’t pass up on a better offer. Ended up getting a custom made 26″ and it came out flawless. Come to these folks to get shined out, they won’t disappoint you.

Stay away. Got custom ring done. Wasn’t done right. They tell me u can’t set princess cut diamonds pave. After they already set princess cut diamonds pave. Ring was supposed to be at least 20 grams, it’s only 18.5. Diamond fell out already. They will lure you in with great customer service then provide cheap work. They have a no refund policy that should tell you something.

Vic is the man to see. He always hooks me up. Great quality work and never the less the great pieces at good prices. Have been coming here for years and never had any issues.

Thanks to Carl and his team at high line in south land mall, my first time in this location and I must say it was a nice experience, his team is very respectful and answered all my questions I will be going back.

We have got a great experience with Highline Custom Jewellery, They were extremely helpful and they have huge collection of jewellery. And their price is also cheap and best compare to other shops that we visited. We are extremely happy with purchase and I recommended others to shop with them. I believe everyone should atleast visit there once.

Came in to do a band adjustment on my watch, it only cost me $ 10. The service was fast and quick and the customers customer service was excellent. Highly recommend going to these guys. I will definitely come back and do business again with them.

Amazing designs! Karl worked with me until I got the chain I wanted at a price that I could afford. Vic and Omar were very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home.

Be careful when buying jewelry from these guys, The gold they use is very cheap… I paid over a 1000 for some earrings and they are constantly breaking. In the last year I spent over 500 in repairs…

This review goes out to Riz. Thank you sooooo very much. I wasn’t sure what ring size I needed to downsize it to. I have very small fingers. He had it down size to my request and said it should be ready in only 30 minutes!!! Every other jewelers at that mall said they would have to send it out and that it would take days to get it done. When it was time to pick it up. I noticed that it was still a little loose. They were closing their store at the moment but he was so nice enough to resize it for me last minute plus didn’t charge me extra!!! I would definitely come back to get any ring resized. Thanks you Riz!!!

Decided to put a diamond bezel on my watch so came to highline. They were very helpful and gave me many options to choose from since I had a budget. Just picked up my watch and it looks awesome.

Best jewelers in the bay hands down!!! Best thing about them is they won’t try and rip you off. I bought a iced out angle piece for a great place. If you want real ice I would definitely recommend them as the place.

WORST PURCHASE DECISION EVER!
I cannot comment on their custom jewelry, but you should NEVER PURCHASE a «custom» Rolex watch here. I learned the hard way, and hope you don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t let the glam and glitz fool you.
The watch I inadvertently purchased had a «custom diamond bezel» which automatically makes the watch «unauthentic» in the eyes of a authorized Rolex dealer, but that wasn’t even the start of the issues I would later discover. This watch also had a custom dial (made in-​house apparently), it had a faulty bracelet (the serial number matches a completely different bracelet style), and the model number on the movement itself was to a Rolex model I didn’t even know existed, let alone purchased. Do yourself a favor and put a magnifying glass to the watch before purchasing it, if you must. The watch I received literally had pealing/​dripping «Rolex» lettering on the dial itself.
They have a strict no refund policy (now I know why), and a I am still seeking a refund a couple of months later. I’ve had to get my credit card company involved, get an independent authenticity done, and am working with the Better Business Bureau. This was my first big purchase, and I am so disappointed in my decision to go here. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of places that will authenticate the watch, before you make the purchase.
Learn from my mistake.

Very very disappointed in this last transaction with this store I have purchased here before but never again
Riz helped me in the beginning with a custom made Miami Cuban link 26″ 88 grams
After riz called me the first time to tell me it would be a little bit more then our agreed price I said okay no prob then I get to the store to pick up and Carl steps in and says it ended up being a little bit more gold and it now weighed 94 grams I and Riz had already talk once and I gave okay to take to 91 grams and I would pay extra but when I finally get there and it’s 94 Carl want even more money and when we measured the chain it was not even the 7 mm we agreed on and Carl tried to say it’s measured like this diagonally not across I said no I have many chains and know how to measure a chin 7 mm is = to a ¼ «
I was shocked at Carl and his behavior if the owner has any kind of care for his clients he can contact me and i will gladly pay for what I asked for watch out thank god I was very specific in what I wanted and Riz wrote on my receipt when I gave a1400 dollar deposit
After waiting a week for my custom chain I walk out with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth
I might even call consumer affairs
Filed my complaint with bbb today
Will be contacting channel 7 on your side next

I bought a rolex submariner from them couple months ago. I ask if the watch was service already they said yes .I went wash my hand and water got into the watch which steam the face up. I have move out from the area so I went to a rolex dealer they told me I need it service which end up costing me more $$$ bad bussiness!!!

As a returning customer for years i felt especially ripped off and disrespected. needless to say i will never in my life ever buy a single piece of jewelry from these people.
I have bought countless pendants and watches from them in the past. lets just say i was young and stupid.
What made me this mad about their business was when i bought a 2 inch 12 gram angel pendant from them. Long story short I paid $ 2,000 for the pendant with no chain.
A few months later they had the same pendant advertising on their instagram for $ 1350 including a chain. I feel like they try to get over on people since we aren’t experts in the jewelry business. Ive been going there for years you would think they would give me that deal instead of charge me $ 700 more and not throw in a chain.
Give everyone the same price, why they would want to rip off repeat customers is beyond me, but I was the stupid one for thinking these ppl gave good deals.

Where the bay goes to get ripped off… highline is not kool… of course the dudes and super friendly my friend my friend they want u money my friend… do research and go on ebay and do urself a favor …
