Hayward Rubber Stamp Co. is AWESOME when it comes to customer service. I had a few name plates that I needed done for our office. He didn’t just take my order, he also made recommendations that I agreed with to have all of the name plates have a consistent font and size. When I went to pick the name plates up, that’s when I noticed I («I» in BOLD) made a mistake in the spelling of one of the names. NO PROBLEM — the problem was corrected same day along with me giving a call to make an additional name plate — in less than 30 minutes everything was in my hands. Quality workmanship and Customer Service are a rarity — but not at Hayward Rubber Stamp Co.
