Thank you for the quick in && out when picking up my Jordan (72 – 10) today! You guys were the best out of 5 places I went!

I dislike the manager with the afro light skin. He mugs me hella times i been there. The other employees are cool but that manager is f uped. I maybe raffled but i think he threw away my ticket in the trash. Never go here go to footlocker instead.

If you dont have to go anywhere else to buy shoes always come here because you will get the best customer service and best products. Therefore rate of pay should be higher here than other stores. The customer service here alone stands on whole another level then most other retail shoe stores. I always come here for random shoe shopping and will only buy from here even if another shoe store has the same shoe.

Defiantly Unilocaling our experience! We called twice for a pair of shoes. First call was asking if they have it in stock, size and quantity. Second call was about the price (asking if the online price matches in store prices) the man we spoke to said yes it all matches only certain specials that are going on it will be a different price.
Anyways, we traveled an hour to pick up those shoes, during checkout the manager tells us that the price doesn’t match with the online prices. what a waste of gas! (that was the main reason of going) aside from that the two guys in there (Chris & Y.) gave us horrible attitude laughing at our situation, being cocky with us, and used a lot of body lang.
Hope corporate did it’s Job.

They usually have some decent sales here and the staff is chill. Very helpful too. Although I’m not a big fan of these type of stores that much anymore, they usually have something I could at least think about buying. I was able to buy one of those Jordan sackpacks for only 10 bucks and its been very useful. Yesterday my dad was able to buy 2 pairs of shoes for under 100.
