Dynasty Cleaners has not only improperly cleaned my clothing and left them linty and faded, but they claimed that I never brought in a J. Crew sweater that I did bring in for cleaning. When I asked about it, they pointed at the handwritten tag I had never signed off on indicating the number of items I had… sneaky. I would not throw around accusations was I not sure. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and advise that you do too.
Rumor has it they’re closing down soon? One can only wonder why.

I have gone here for years. I work in hotel so my dry cleaner is complimentary but I still use Dynasty. My clothes are important to me and when there is a stain or a particular garment that is tricky I only go to them.
Just a a stain on my candy apple red DKNY suit (500.00)… they removed it and left the suit in perfect condition. Have a lovely 400.00 dress with flowers… needed cleaning and they did it and came back in perfect condition.
I am verrrry picky and they have always taken wonderful care of my clothes…

I took my clothes here, and they essentially ruined one of my garments. I took a skirt that I had gotten tailored for me while I was in Bali, and when I got it home I noticed that one side of the garment was about 5 shades lighter than the other. I don’t know how it happened, but they ruined something that I cannot just go out and replace (unless I want to fly halfway around the world). I will not return here.
