Very helpful and friendly customer service reps. The store is clean and organized and has a lot of different deals, including items at 50% off. Why pay for things at full price? That’s just silly. I bought the med-​sized Turquoise Waters candles with three wicks for even burning and a strawberry lemon liquid hand soap to replace the winter cranberry one I received for Christmas awhile ago. I noticed they still have the Endless Summer line I got as a gift last year. And you got a coupon with your purchase. Can’t go wrong with this place.

The bath and body works at southland mall has nice and helpful people willing to assist you with your purchase. I’m quite happy with their aromatherapy products, especially «energy» it’s some concoction of orange and ginger scents. They have shampoos, conditioners, body wash, etc. The one turn off is the coupon and discount structure. I recommend that you get that squared away before you walk in, otherwise you can’t get any better deal… luckily I was able to find a coupon code with my cell phone while still in the store; it wasn’t that difficult to find — in less than 2 minutes I found a $ 10 off of you spend $ 30. Yes, ¹⁄₃ off… now you’d think they can improve the shopping experience and encourage sales better without all that hoop jumping. Not to mention stress… Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against the sales staff, they are all wonderful and following store policy.

The Ladies/​Gents that works here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They help find products or recommendations of new products. This is my favorite Bath and Body Works.

I haven’t been in this store in a while and I went today to get my grandma some bubble bath. An associate by the name of Zach was so nice and very helpful. He made my shopping experience faster and so pleasant. Once I got to the register the cashier was the same way. I will be returning in the future!

Love this store! I come hre quite often forbtheir personal hand sanitizers and the people here are always eager to greet you when you come in and will check in on you periodically to see if you need any help, whether it be a recommendation, about a sale, or simply requesting a basket, they always do their best to make sure you dont leave with any unanswered questions.

I was just in there last week and during Christmas time and their staff really know what they’re talking about! The staff always greets people when they’re coming through the door, they ask if we need help and they always let us know what kind of deals they have going on! The store is also really clean & neat store.

Just all around a great business with great products! This Southland Mall location has all the various types of scents that’s promoted at their website. Visiting on a Saturday morning initially only for their new Bali Mango Lotion
& walked out with their Buy 3 Get 2 Free special for $ 40.79

I don’t venture to this location every month, but I have for over several plus years. Always over the top friendly customer service the moment you walk in ’till the time you leave. Maybe it’s ‘cuz of the friendly energy I put out, I get back… whatever it is, the employee hiring process system works here. Shout out for awesome customer service to my fellow mix-​breeds Briana & Antonio!

I went here with my brother sometime around Christmas and recieved great service. The lady that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Though I was rung up with a couple items comign out as regular price rather than the 75% off price they were suppose to be, I caught the mistake while I was still at the counter and the lady quickly took care of the problem refunding the difference to me.
I was actually very impressed with the service I got. Working in customer service myself I know how strenuous it can be to be the only one on the floor helping numerous customers with a smile on my face. Especially during Christmas! The woman that helped me is very good at her job, and for all that she did I give this Bath & Body Works 5 stars. Probably the best service I have ever had in my life.

So they had a deal on soap 6 bottles for 20 bucks. They charged me for 7 items and the cashier kept the extra bottle I picked out. So instead of paying 20 for 6 I payed 23 and change. WTF it’s a lousy 3 bucks so not worth it to go back but still if I pay for 7 items. I expect 7 items.

I like it here, especially when I get the coupons in the mail to get either free stuff of discounts on stuff. And it always smells good in the store. No complaints!
