Ricks Rain gutters is absolutely outstanding. We were shocked to find out that they were booked for 2 months due to «El Nino» so, we told them that we really need the gutters asap and hoped for the best. 2 days later, they called us and asked if we could be available the next day for an installation. Their guys were on time, respectful, and did impeccable work. Please use them!

Seldom do I ever have a contractor come out, do a job and have zero follow-​up or clean-​up due to the job being incomplete. Here’s the thing: I got a quote, they came out to do the job, the cleaned up everything, they left and I never had to call them about anything nor did I have to do anything to improve on what they did. It was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Octavio came out and fixed everything up nice. I was impressed by the customer service to follow up and am much happier now. It showed a conscientious desire to make sure the customer is satisfied. He also told me the gutters have a 5-​year warranty on any problems, which is very cool and reassuring. I would recommend them highly for their customer service.

Not only do they do an excellent job with the communication but the work itself is reason enough to keep counting on them and their team.
I would highly recommend them to anyone, they have been a great resource for all my rain gutter repairs!
