Every time I come to this location. I’m not disappointed. If I am, they would give me a credit. The one on Crenshaw and Rosecrans get a Zero.

The absolute worst service. Forgot half our order when they delivered. The delivery man then said he would go and get the rest and has now been gone for close to an hour. This place needs a clean out, the staff is horrible. We called and the lady was very very rude. Highly suggest ordering elsewhere.

This Pizza Hut is the absolute worst! Every time I walk in there it takes the employees forever to greet me as they are too busy in the back talking and joking around. They are always out of something peppers, cheese, napkins, ranch ect. On Sunday I placed an order online it showed up 15 past the time it said it would be delivered no biggie BUT when I got my order everything was cold. I called and spoke to the manager and she said I would receive credit here I am now on Thursday trying to place an order with the credit I «Have» to be told that there is no record of any credit and on top of that my order does not show on the system. So what Joe and Chris both managers offered to do for me is give me a $ 12 credit when I spent more than that on Sunday when I placed my order. Not only did they not introduce themselves I had to ask for their names but Joe hung up on me. Something needs to be done about this place clearly it’s not being managed by the right people and the comment on here go to show.

I ordered a pizza online with my uncle and sister. When they called in to tell me that they where out of our order of Garlic Knots. My sister thought it was Garlic Nuts, so my uncle and I cracked up. He thought it was a prank call but we informed him that we paid with a credit card. We made sure to tell him it wasn’t a prank and the card could’ve been charged. Instead, he told us that he was going to cancel the order and I asked why to which he just rudely hung up. Please keep in mind that he was the one who called us, not the other way around.

I don’t order Pizza Hut very often anymore and now I can see why. I remember when I used to really enjoy Pizza Hut, it was the only pizza I ordered for a long time. My friend wanted to get pizza so this is where we came and I was terribly disappointed. While we were there waiting for our order we heard a girl in the back yell«I hate my job!!!»…OH. If she was the one that made our pizzas, she definitely made them like she hates her job. There was like a table spoon of sauce on the entire large pizza. The pan crust was a little too thick as well. I don’t know what happened, and this is the Pizza Hut I had been coming to for the last 10 years. I don’t know if this was just a fluke and it is still good, or if I’ve just had some many other good pizzas that this one just didn’t do it for me. I’ll give them another try soon just so I can be sure.

I feel like the quality has gone down a lot because I just ordered two medium pizzas and it took more than 30 minutes and on top of that they got my order wrong and they had to take another 30 minutes to redo it and get it right.

Service sucks! Took forever for my breadsticks to come out and when I got it it was cold, guess they forgot about my order. Additional Marinara sauce is $.50 each for a little Ramiken .Yup they charged me even though I waited forever and given a cold one.

I found a fake blue finger nail on top of my pizza from Pizza Hut on Friday(8÷14÷2015) evening. I took several pictures as evidence and have filed a complaint through the Pizza Hut«Customer Care» page. I’ve not heard anything from them yet but want my money back as well as some sort of additional return to make it right. I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in several years and thought I would give them a try again after consistently ordering from Domino’s and Roundtable. I am very disappointed and expect something in return from the corporation. After researching online, it appears this is a more common problem than we would all like to think.

Pizza was just as decent as any other Pizza Hut, but this small location is extremely understaffed. It’s the nearest pizza joint so it’ll do. But with wait times averaging around 30 minutes to an hour for carryout, it has room to improve.

Will never order again. Last time i ordered the mgr Erica cancelled my order with no reason and 2 hours later im calling them to inquire about my order and they said the mgr called me before cancelling and I never got a call from them. And why ny order was cancelled??? Today i gave in and placed another order. Pizza was missing ingredients and it was burned. I called to complain and i was on hold for about 15 min. Mgr ERICA again answers me and she said no you havent been waiting for 15 min its only 13 munutes!!! AREYOUSERIOUS??? She never apologized to me and she said a driver would come get the pizza and bring me a new one. So i asked her, so im hungry… and i have to wait another 40 min? Never mind i just want my money back. She told me if you want your money back you have to bring my complete pizza back and i will refund your money. I had to call corporate and let them know about it. Its amazing how anyone can get a mgr job nowadays! Zero costumer sevice skills. Super rude and incompetent. Its clear how everyone in that store dont care about costumer satisfaction. I WILLNEVERORDERPIZZAFROMPHAGAIN.

If there was an option to give absolutely NO stars, I would do just that. The customer service there is so poor. The management there is no different — POOR. I placed an order for delivery. First of all, I repeated myself SEVERAL times because I have been burned here before but decided to give them another shot. I literally said NO garlic on the crust 5 times. You can bet the pizza came covered in it. I ordered a large pepperoni and got a large cheese… the pizza was cold… I was pissed. We work so hard for our money and we might has well just thrown it out the window. I did not call and complain because it had already taken so long to come and I had a house full of starving people so they just wiped off the garlic sauce, ate the cheese, and we picked a couple pieces out of the other one with the least amount of garlic ate those and literally tossed the rest. Did I mention it was COLD? This was an EPIC fail, and we wont be ordering again. But if you are– do yourself a favor and double check your order before the driver leaves…

WOW. Pizza Hut, you have definitely stepped up your game. Ordered a large pizza(online only deal $ 8.992 toppings) with pepperoni, pineapple, bacon and jalapeños. Extra charge for the extra toppings. We also got 8 pieces of their buffalo medium wings. At first, I was getting a little impatient. Once you place an order online, there’s a ticker that starts counting down from 16 minutes that says«you’re order should arrive in…» Well of course the timer ran out and our food wasn’t here yet. It was only a mere 10 – 15 minutes later when it finally arrived. DEARGOD. The pizza, you can tell, was fresh out the oven!!! It was SO delicious!!! Something about the crispiness to their crust… YUMMMM. And their wings… JESUS! It had the perfect kick to it! And my boyfriend, who’s a weenie when it comes to really spicy food, was able to eat it with a breeze. Those extra 10 – 15 minutes it took for them to finally deliver the food didn’t bother me so much anymore.

Pizzas are never on time! The roof is leaking water and it seems like this place is understaffed. You can hear the workers yelling in the background trying to do the best they can with what they have. This review is not against the workers as I have never been disrespected by any of them but against the business itself that more than likely refuses to hire an extra worker to alleviate the work. Phone rings nonstop!

My job oder for carry out pizza and wing. It took about 20min for everything to be ready. The oder was complete and the pizza & wings look and taste good. We oder two medium pizza and wings for about $ 25. The staff over the phone was friendly. The only complaint I have is the presentation of the girl who hand me my oder, their where too many marks on her neck that’s not my business why she has them but it wasn’t professional.
