This place is specifically for those seeking weekly housing. Rooms are not rented out on a daily or hourly basis, only weekly. CASHONLY. It’s very clean and well maintained, but it comes with several strings. All those that decide to stay here have to abide by the hotel rules because this place is run like a boarding house. The manager is uptight, rude and strict. He’s totally not personable. You’re not allowed to have company after hours, otherwise you have to pay extra for having a guest. The building is very calm and quiet so you have to be mindful of your noise level. The manager will call you out and check you whenever you don’t follow the rules. There are signs up on the bathroom walls that remind you to clean up after yourself or get out because your business is not needed. This place is suitable for those traveling alone. Definitely not kid friendly. It’s two stories tall. It has a laundry room on the first floor, there is a communal bathroom on both floors, one for women, one for men. There is digital television and Wi-Fi, but the signal is poor. All rooms come with a flat screen tv, a microwave and a fridge. The beds are full size. Personally I didn’t think the bed was comfortable. There is no room service at all. You are responsible for taking your own trash out and cleaning your room. You’re only allowed clean sheets every 3 days. STREETPARKINGONLY. It’s across the street from McDonald’s and next to Tacos Mexico. Taco Bell, Subway, Starbucks, Rally’s and Albertson’s are down the street. Close to public transportation and the 405 fwy. If you’re quiet, reserved, responsible, and alone I recommend this place. If you’re looking for a more comfortable, friendlier environment then I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
