McDonald’s

It’s usually a pretty nice place to eat, but the cashiers messed up twice on our orders today, and the employees don’t know anything about the menus and the good deals/bogo’s. Also their menus are on screens and they switch before I can decide what I want and it gets pretty annoying cuz then I have wait another minute for the same menu to show up again.

I’m always driving by this location and it is always hit or miss. Whether 6:00am, or 10:00pm this place is the image of inconsistency from the food taste, to the temperature, to the service. I would say 80% of the time the fries, which have a special place in my stomach and heart, are tepid, rubbery or stale (again inconsistent) representations of the glory they used to be 10 – 15 years ago. The entrées are never that warm either, sometimes the sandwiches are not warm enough to melt the cheese put on them. Tonight this store reached a new low in its quest to disappoint. I used the restroom first to clean up after getting off work around 9:30pm, when an employee rushed in, used the disabled persons toilet which means he had to touch more surfaces than just the urinal, quickly finished, sprayed some water on his hands and ran out. I approached the shift manager and informed her. She questioned all the employees working in the restaurant until one finally snapped «Yeah that was me, I’M ON, MY BREAK!» To which she said nothing. I needed to eat and wanted to leave but stayed since he was not actively working. The fries were actually not bad, the double quarter pounder was fine, I was in disbelief. I haven’t been able to get a hot meal here in a while. I’m still disgusted at this place though, and will be visiting less in the future. I was unfortunately at the mercy the late hour and dinner.

Employee flicked mop water on me, said nothing even when I said excuse me, she did that ridiculous «I don’t speak English» you work at mc Donald’s in the U.S. And don’t speak English? so the fact that I’m learning practical terms for travel means I’m wasting my time? Must of been great when I called you rude in your language #GirlBye

the night time manger here screams at her employees like if they were dogs, beyond unprofessional and extremely shocking to see!

I asked for the mngr but the manager send me back the answer that if i could go see her rather then her coming cuz she was too busy! What kind of costumer serclvice is this!!!

Horrible place to eat. Got a breakfast sandwich at night. The egg was old and was not freshly made. On top of it I paid cash and they did not give me a receipt because they said they ran out of receipt paper. I will not be coming back to this spot. I just have one word RUN!

Tha filet o fish is not good at all… it made my mom very sick… I would not recommend it to nobody… plz dont go tha filet fish sandwich

The employees here are friendly and give really great customer service. I dont live in the area but this is a really nice spot to enjoy coffee plus have Free wi-​fi.
Dont listen to the reviews with one star. Probably they having a bad day. I been here twice and both time their service has being great.

The cashiers are brand new and Need more training before you have them open up for Breakfast service, lines are long, service is slow. Management did help to get us out of here

I have eatten here a few times and can undoubtedly say that everytime I come here things are either incorrect or plain bad service. Today was both, the girl at the counter gave attitude from the get go, as my family was placing their order (theres only 4 of us) she keeps asking is that all in a condicending way. So I give my order and she looks at me and rudly says what sauce. So after the order thing, i brushed it off and said hey its just me she is just doing her job and she obviously hated it. My autistic son couldnt find the strawberry Hi-​C so I then asked for some water for him. She takes the cup, goes back gets the water and with a little to much force she puts the cup back on the counter with the lid crushed on there. Again i just walk away, so we get our food, fries had no salt, the sauce I asked for wasnt given and the burgers were meh at best. So again I saw blah to McDonalds and this locations staff. I understand its Mickey D’s, so I should scale it down a bit, but any lower and WOW!

I always have a good experience when I come here but this afternoon this really rude Hispanic 30 something year old manager was a total bitch after I told her my order was incorrect and I said that I wanted my chicken grilled with white cheese like how McDonald’s used to always serve it and she looked at me like if I was crazy got me a new sandwich and basically almost through at me…

I pull up to the dual drive thru and the car that pulls in the other side orders first and then the car after then orders before me. So I just pull around since the order taker either has the intercom off or is a jackass. She then asks did you order at the screen, I look at her, summon patience and say no I didn’t because you never answered my ‘hellos’. She gives me a ‘go f@ck yourself ’ look and takes my order. Sometimes I wish I didn’t mind the thought of jail.

This place is great because it is near the freeway. We woke up early to head north. Drove through the drive-​thru. I ordered my breakfast and was in and out in about 3 – 4 mins. Customer service was great.

This place is always nice and clean pretty quiet.
The play area is also nice and clean my favorite hands down. Definitely will continue to come here.

Best location of food. Always fresh. Never thought I would find a McDonalds that served fresh food on the regular. I was hoping less people may be aware of this said location (which doesn’t make sense I know) but giving the reviews I suppose that isn’t the case.
But never mind all that, I have to give a shout out to them because as far as I am concerned they have (yet) done no wrong in my eyes… and…dare I say it… in my mouth… and in the very depths of my stomach, being, and soul.
Keep up the good work.

I always order Mini meals here for dinner, just because it is convenient.
Customer Service is OK.
I enjoy going through drive thru and being able to focus on my other stuff.
Great that they have free wi-​fi. Close to my gym and I love how it’s close to Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

I went to McDonald’s yesterday and got a Filet-​O-​Fish combo and a Jalapeño Double. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audio book when I glanced up and saw the McDonald’s worker I ordered from was outside having a cigarette.
She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don’t think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald’s restaurant or drive through, but that is another story.
I went to McDonald’s for dinner last night and got a Big Mac combo and a 10 piece Chicken McNuggets with barbecue dipping sauce. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, ‘why don’t you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot’.
That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don’t want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy.
Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don’t think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush?

I came here for breakfast I was in the drive thru lane and by the time it was my turn it was 1030am and I ordered a breakfast meal and the girl said we stop serving at 1030… I said it is 1030??? I highly doubttttttt that they ran out or breakfast… Maybe a little lazy? I think so. Not happy at all. Wasted my time and gas.

You would think a single star review for McDonalds is an obvious choice but I assure you I’ve been to many McD locations worthy of five stars.
Here’s my beef with this location.
1. I speak very articulate English, with clear and concise enunciation, yet, each and every time I go through the drive thru they mistake an «Ice Tea» order for a «Hi-​C» order. It’s almost a joke now.
2. You don’t get ketchup for fries unless you specifically ask. I asked the manager about this and she said «Not everyone likes ketchup.» Well not everyone drinks from a straw but you still shove one of those in my drinks! I’d say more people take ketchup on their fries than not… and I’m guessing by a considerable margin.
3. Inconsistent food preparation. You would think with their assembly line stamped out and shelf racked fast food meal process they would have it down but my «Premium» McWrap is always made dramatically different… This time it has 2 slices of bacon, last time 1. No lettuce, some lettuce, ripped tortilla, dripping with sauce, dry as a bone.
Finally, don’t ever ask me to pull my car into the lot and wait for my order while using the drive thru. I didn’t come to a fine dining restaurant, I came to shove food in my face as fast as humanly possible.

I drove thru. I ordered a large iced coffee with no cream or sugar. I got a medium hot coffee with cream in an iced coffee cup.
She didn’t understand me. I drove off.
