They have definitely made some improvements since our last visit.
Maybe our first time we got a bad hygienist. The one who cleaned my daughter’s teeth this most recent visit was much better. She explained what she was doing, checked in with my daughter about how she was doing. She gave her a choice in flavors for the polish.
The dentist seemed to take a little more time looking at her teeth and talking to her. He asked about her habits and gave her some feedback on her brushing. He was kind and helpful the whole time. And most importantly, both kids got fresh new toothbrushes. That may not seem important, but it’s what she talked about most afterward.
Some great improvements made. My daughter enjoyed her visit to the dentist, and so I enjoyed it too.
The only other things I would suggest is more kids magazines in the waiting room and maybe make an effort to put something kid-​friendly on the tv in the treatment room (which maybe they would if we were in there for more than just a cleaning.)

Clean, sanitary contemporary rooms. Very friendly professional staff.
