I’m not a new artist but I’ve always worked out of my house. This year it was time to make a change and, after looking around for a while, Hawthorne Arts Complex was my only choice. It was brand new when I signed up — it’s a good value (I didn’t have to share space with someone else to get a good value) and the other artists there that I have come in since I started are great! The landlord has always been right on top of everything and is super friendly and welcoming as well so I have no complaints!

I checked this place out recently and it looks to be about the best value for the money in the area. I’m going to look around a little more but I’ll probably end up renting there.
