Just received the worst customer service ever! I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The lady who picked up the phone was THE meanest lady ever! She asked about my insurance I told her what it is she asked if I have the insurance card in front of me I said no and I asked if she even has any openings for Friday. She said she needs the insurance information first. I am injured and can nearly walk but I got up found the card. She asked me again what’s my insurance provider I said that it is health net just like I said before. She said to me: don’t be smart with me! What? I asked her what? She said again you are being smart with me. I was so shocked to hear that! I told her if she wants me to be dump with her. She told me: ma’am you are being sassy. I told her that I don’t care for those comments and I would just like for her to book me an appointment. She said in being rude to her. At that point I asked to speak to someone else
That last should not be working there she was the most unprofessional lady I have ever come across!

Dr. Nowicki had been my doctor for years. Her professionalism and knowledge have been constant and consistent over the years. She spends time explaining the why behind the why, and always gives expert advice. I highly recommend her as your primary care physician.

I hadn’t seen my primary care physician in over 7 years before I saw Dr. Nowicki two or so years ago. She put me right at ease and the physical exam was painless and quick. Her staff did the blood draw expertly and quickly (I’ve had many issues drawing blood elsewhere).
I’m overdue for another physical so I’ll see how things are next time but I’m more than a fan of Dr. Nowicki and I hope not to need another primary care physician again anytime soon.

In an age where our healthcare is considered by most to be sub-​par, Dr. Nowicki is a breath of fresh air. I have been going to her since I was booted by my pediatrician and never looked back. Over the years my insurance has change but Dr. Nowicki belongs to one of the most well known and respected Southern California medical groups, so having access to my provider and medical resources has never been a problem. I recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, proactive, & understanding physician.
