Came here on a Thursday night for a drink w friends has totally changed from before. Cool little corner, cool little lounge, cool little place to all hang out! The girls bar tending are friendly, food is good defiantly need to come on Thursdays for Peruvian night.

Nice clean bar. Attended a friends 40^th birthday he took his is own live band and DJ which was fabulous! Didn’t taste any food, drinks are decently priced. Wish they had a blender for some blended drinks. All in all great casual place. Bartender gals pleasant and friendly.

Love this place. Always a smile and professionalism among all staff members especially Mari, she makes you feel as if you known each other for years, always has my drink in my hand as I’m sitting down. Always a pleasure visiting this spot. Food is also good, freshly made never microwaved, big plus for me.

Good place to just hang out, relax and have a beer sports on the tv’s good music and food. overall a nice and chill place to be at

Great music, reasonable prices on drinks, appetizers are delicious. The staff is very friendly and professional. I heard they will start doing salsa/​bachata classes I can’t wait.

So I have been here before but after the new change of ownership and the wonderful bartenders, this place is better than ever, although it’s local you will enjoy your time here. If you run into Marie she is awesome.

This place just re-​opened under new management. Place has been remodeled and the owners are amazing and welcoming! It’s so close to home that this will definitely be my new hangout spot.

Coach’s is the best kept secret in the South Bay! Their under new management, and the few problems are being fixed. The food is great, the mood is mellow, and the staff is fast and professional. Check it out for youself.

Ok. Had to edit my review. Originally I gave this place a low review few months back but apparently it was in the middle of renovation and new ownership. I went back this weekend and I was really impressed with what they did with the place. They had a dj playing a mixture of good music and a good crowd. Definitely will be coming back.

Before I start, let me say that this is more a reflection of owner running this place on a dollar menu budget then anything.
The service here is good, the bartenders are helpful and friendly and make the most of what this place has. They get five stars for the service because they do an awesome job.
Now let me explain the two star rating. The current owner runs this place on a super tight budget from what I see.
The beer selection on draft is minimal. This is not an exaggeration. When you go to a bar, you think of a place you can sip a few cold ones and watch the game. Most the time you can’t even do that here because they don’t even have basic cable so you won’t be able to catch alot of sporting events here.
Another flaw is that this place only takes cash only. Its 2015. How hard is it to take debit card in this day in age.
A positive here is the pool table they have, but aside from that, current ownership has dropped the ball big time on this place. From a business standpoint, not having a cable to show most sporting events and not taking debit card along with a subpar draft beer selection costs this place customers in my opinion.
Ownership could take notes from Brooklyn Bar in Lawndale, that place was a total dump when it was big johns, they got new owners, changed the name, actually invested in the place and turned the thing around and the place using having alot of customers is a reflection of them investing in their business.
Again this place got potential, service is good and the bartenders are awesome. The owner just needs to invest in fixing the place up.

Came here late night for a couple drinks with my love and friends, the vibe was pretty relaxed and chill. I don’t really expect much from dive bars but the staff was pretty attentive and friendly.
The bartender was a bit unprofessional for my taste, being she was on her cell phone in front of customers but she still was polite when she did ask for our orders.
The ambiance was dark but still enough light to see your company and other patrons around. This bar attracts a pretty diverse crowd which was nicely refreshing. They also offer pool tables for entertainment and also you can pick the music being played! Pretty awesome option! :)
The available drinks itself is pretty standard for a smaller bar, we went for the beers on tap. Also the pricing is fair as well.
Overall, for a chill bar to relax and catch up with some cheap drinks and good vibes, this place is a good night out for sure ;)
They definitely could use more lighting outside the bar and signage for parking. Also the place could use some cleaning up and more professional behavior from the bartender, but other than that, I’ll be back!
