Dr illoure is so rude and the wait time is ridiculous stay away from this dr office!!! Dr illoure don’t care how long you been waiting for him, he will still make you wait for so long and he never lets MA’s see when he is doing a pap… So who knows what nasty shit he does!

By far the worst medical office I’ve come across. So disturbed I’m at loss on where to start…
Front desk staff– Rude! And extremely brainless. Seems this doctor but must pay on the lower end considering the amount and lack of efficient work these ladie provide.
They make appointments for patients yet allow walk ins to be seen before those who’ve scheduled appts.
Never file referrals appropriately. My family waited 5months for referrals to be sent accurately… We switched primary care providers before we could see an answer.
They always managed to forgo the insurance instructions for referrals.
My patient was in a critical state yet the Latin gal from desk said his referral would need to wait an entire week due to the office manager being on vacation.
The Doctor– rude, lacks beside manner, cold, patients are $$ not humans beings to him and doesn’t wean patients off psychiatric meds appropriately. This led to an adverse reaction in our patient.
The PA– She’s a doll. The doctor is lucky to have her. She thoroughly cares for the patients and shows genuine interest in their health.
If you’ve even assigned this Doctor I’d request an immediate transfer.
Also, if you’re his patient through health net, be advised you will be sent to Beverly hospital in montebello despite his office being in the Southbay.
This office is an embarrassment to the medical community.
