Jewish Fellowship of Hemlock Farms

Let me start out this review by stating I am catholic, but I have been to this synagogue multiple times for various occasions and i am not a fan. Hemlock farms government and ruling is in no way involved in this and these are my own opinions. I went here once for a bat-​mitzvah and I thought I’d pass out from heat stroke. The AC wasn’t on and everyone was tightly packed. Next, the ceremony was 3 WHOLE HOURS. That’s insane! Not even one word of English. My friend translated and they were praising Isreal for the whole ceremony. I don’t mean to sound harsh, but you’re in America! Have some love and respect for your own country.
When the Torah came around, people were pushing to kiss it. They trampled me! It was out of hand.
The lunch was in the synagogue as well afterwards, but it was tiny and people were falling over each other.
Overall, I’ve never prayed so much to leave a place.
