I placed an order in August. Items were on back order. I started e-mailing in September, through November. Filed a complaint with BBB. This company has yet to answer the BBB. My advice buy from this company. They take your money and then don’t send you product.

I honestly can say that I will never order from them again. I placed an order in early July or August and received half of the order saying the rest was on back-order. I can understand the fact that they are moving but I have to say that if I owned a business that needed these products I would be screwed. Finally got one more flavor today, still have 4 that need to be shipped. With the way they’re going I should see them within the next couple years.

WARNING! STAYAWAY! ALERTYOURBANK/CREDIT CARDCOMPANYTOGET A FULLREFUND! I placed an order with them on September 8 and only got half of my order on September 14. Called them for 3 days straight and left at least 15 messages. No response! Finally went though their Facebook page and got an inbox back. I see they like to post on Facebook 5 to 10 times a day but cant answer their phones. Somebody answered on September 18 and told me my order would be ready to ship on Monday the 23 and arrive Wednesday the 25. Its October 3 and no calls, emails, letter nothing. i CALLEDMYBANKANDALREADYFILEDFRAUDCHARGES! NEVERAGAIN!!!

Terrible products. Terrible Customer service. I had trouble with online order because the paypal cart kept going to a zero total(I run a paypal cart for ordering myself for a business so I know how they work) due to a coding error most likely. They responded back saying It’s my fault. but«I guess» they will send me a paypal invoice to pay. I paid it(I shouldn’t have), and asked if I could have something a little extra for my trouble. They responded with«oh well, you already paid the invoice so too bad». I got the products, one of which was suppose to be a natural raspberry flavor. I added it to the 5 gallon batch of beer I was making(only one tablespoon for 5 gallons) and it made it taste totally artificial and gross. I know, stupid me should have tasted the extract prior to use in more detail, but such a small amount should not have done this. I actually ordered a raspberry extract from Bakto Flavors and have tasted it. NIGHTANDDAY! The Bakto one is awesome, and real. All of Faerie’s Finest flavors are terrible, and fake. I have also had great success with Cook’s brand extracts FYI. I’m not a cooking/baking/brewing novice. I wrote the company with my displeasure. they won’t even respond after several emails. I even told them I will spread the word about how awful their flavors are, and still they don’t care. THAT is what really pissed me off. You don’t even respond? How rude? Please avoid buying flavors from this company. Buy from ANYONE else. Just terrible!

I had no idea they were in the process of moving their business, an email update would have been nice, but I received shipping notice today, I would recommend them, everyone goes through growing pains, they make a very good product! «Was great, now I paid for an order, they won’t give me a ship date and won’t respond to my inquiry after a week and a half.
