I have lived in Burlington for 4 years and have drove past Naples hundreds of times and was excited to finally have the chance to try. Walking in the place was a ghost town with one table of customers in the outdoor seating area and a couple inside. We ordered a Lrg pie with pepperoni and an order of mozzarella sticks. While we sat and waited over 45 mins I was glad after watching their waitress serve the tables that we had gotten ours to go and had not stayed. #1 she was wearing flip flops which is gross and unsafe for her and anyone around when she slips. #2 She took both tables cups at once! with her fingers in the glass! EWWWWW –_– I really hope the original owners of said glasses at the very least got theirs back. Then comes the best part, after waiting so long for our order, mind you 2 orders had come and gone through the drive up window, my pizza was soggy in the middle and they gave me a frozen cup of marinara with my mozzarella sticks! Yay for me having to drive back for non frozen dipping sauce. OooOh and I forgot to mention when the waitress had told the table outside that there was speakers for the jukebox outside which there was NOT! The waitress turned the jukebox all the way up! forcing the table inside to leave. Being from NY I know good pizza and bad service. Naples is terrible pizza that is WAY over priced and the service is questionable.

I am so disappointed. I wanted to love this place. Food: Our meal was piping hot and fresh, but tasteless. Our pizza had 1 – 3 small pieces of pepperoni and sausage per slice. Our cheesy breadsticks had just a slice of cheese thrown on top. There were no spices at all and the sauce was very bland. We got an extra large two toppings and took it home to «doctor it up» with more spices and toppings. We said we should have gone to Papa John’s, but really wanted an amazing pizza. Service: Our waitress was sweet and attentive. The only reason for two stars.

Hidden gem in a well hidden town. GPS can be an amazing thing. When in Haw River and hungry, I simply asked for all food places nearby. This place popped up. I drove to the destination which was in an older, lower end shopping center. I didn’t see the store at first and eventually noticed a stand alone building toward the street. It appeared to have seen better days, so I was a bit skeptical. One thing I love about NC is the sanitation ratings must be posted conspicuously. I saw they had a perfect 100. I figured it can’t get much better than this. Upon walking in I saw two youngsters on a date with probably THE largest pizza i’ve seen in ages. It was their one topping special for 11.99. I was sold. It was also $ 1.50 draft night as well, but i stuck w/their fountain pepsi products. Generally I try to sample their other items but I wasn’t too hungry and I had also ordered a salad and fries so i am not sure what the rest of their Italian cuisine is like but everyone that came in seemed to enjoy the pizza. All in all it was a delicious pizza for the price and had tons of leftovers.
