POORLY RUN OFFICE! LEAVING AFTER 10 YEARS
I waited over an hour and when asked about how much longer they said — oh um there are 3 people ahead of you. You should reschedule patients when they come in when you are running over an hour and a half behind OR at least inform the patient when they get there.
*Lori Antinozzi, MSN, CNM is one of the worst medical practitioners I’ve ever met. She clearly wanted to get out of the office on a Friday afternoon because after waiting an hour she walked in and said that there was no point in having a pregnancy consult because we didn’t know if «it» was even viable without an ultrasound. These are crushing words to a first time Mom. Then when I tried to schedule it the front office told me they rarely have ultrasounds before having the pregnancy consult.

TERRIBLE, do not waste your time. They do not have a person answering the phone you must call leave a message and they will call you back within 24 hours. Which is a joke when all you want to do is make an appointment. I needed them to call in my birth control prescription and they have messed it up 3 times and have yet to fix the problem is has been 2 weeks. It is a VERY poorly run office!
