Nasty staff and cruel to deaf patients. The woman who drew my blood this morning is an old nasty b****. She needs lots of training in patient relations and fails to be polite to deaf patients. I will tell my doctor to stop ordering blood work as I refuse this location that is closest to my home. Will take action if any complications develop from her painful jab on my arm this morning.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not necessary to YELL at customers. Perhaps a class in customer service will benefit the staff.
