I had an issue with an electronic device I’d purchased one week earlier. Unfortunately, I’d thrown away the box it came in and couldn’t find the receipt. Having worked in retail and knowing how return policies are, I had little hope of GameStop being able to help. But the guys working there where able to help. They exchanged the item and gave me a free rewards card so that future purchases would be tracked and I wouldn’t have to worry about having the receipt. The selection here is always great and with service like this, I will definitely go back.
