These guys are the best! Rates for lighting installation were the lowest I found, and the work could not have been more professional, accommodating and efficient. The job was much bigger than anticipated, but that didn’t throw them.
When they saw chandelier was larger and heavier (and more complicated) than anticipated, and that the intended location was potentially ill-​equipped to handle the load, they took every precaution to ensure safety and stability for the long haul — without raising their rates, which I thought amazing.
It was a pretty huge installation of a very heavy AND very delicate chandelier that required assembly and wiring adjustments and placement in a precise location – and they came in cold, not knowing what they would find, and they pulled it off as if it were the easiest thing they’ve done (and left no trace behind, which wasn’t necessary for me, but very nice).
I don’t know how they did it, or how their fee wound up LOWER than I’d anticipated based on the initial quote.
In summary, so many things could have gone wrong, and even though the job was different and much harder than they anticipated, they made sure NOTHING went wrong. Honestly, they could have charged me a good deal more, and I would have thought it fair.
Bottom line, I no longer have any excuses for avoiding my long-​avoided list of jobs around the house: Brady & Son it is!
