They’ve got a great new menu with lots of healthy choices. I love their grilled salmon with the farro salad! They’ve got lots of nice salads too. The zucchini chips app is amazing with a delicious dipping sauce. Good service and the ability to pay at the table top computer is a pretty clever time saver when you’re ready to go.

So I love UNO’s in Haverhill, MA. They have added some new entrees to the menu. So I had to try the Spicy Hawaiian Burger. I loved the sweet chili sauce and the jalapeño peppers. It was made perfectly to my order. The only thing I would change is the pineapple on top. Because it is so big and slippery, it falls off the burger at the first bite. I would chop the pineapple up and put it inside the burger. Other than that it is a great burger added to the menu.

Worst pizza that I ever eat and very over price $ 20 for a 2 topping pizza that they call large and it’s just a small at most places that is a Rip off never again

The stuffed chicken is delicious with cheese and spinach inside. That is my favorite meal to order. Other than that I am not a fan of anything else besides their flat bread. Other than that, the tables feel crowded. They once seated a table of 5 of us RIGHT beside the door way to the kitchen — so there was a ton of traffic coming and going and we almost got bumped into a few times before asking to be moved.

Went here tonight with wife and son because we received a gift card for the holidays. Who goes to these places. I threw up in my mouth 3 times…

Ordered a couple deep dish pizzas on Sat and it was surprisingly very good. I’ve had bad pizza from Uno’s in the past when there was one in Methuen but this one did a great job. The staff at the front handling guests and takeout was very friendly. I’ve had deep dish from Chicago and this ranks up there. Not as good as Lou Malnati’s but better than Giordano’s which tastes a bit bready. Can’t speak to the entrees or salads but the deep dish pizzas are very good.

First let me start off by saying that I gave this place 2 stars because I’ve gone several times in the past and have been very happy. The food is usually very acceptable for a chain restaurant, and the $ 2.50 Killian’s is nice. The last time I got food there I ordered for pick-up. The food was supposed to be ready by 7:15 so I arrived around then and I was told it wasn’t ready and it would be a couple minutes, which was fine. I ended up waiting almost twenty minutes before the food came out, so I paid and drove home. I live maybe five minutes away, so when I got home and opened the pizza boxes I was surprised to find, under cooked, soggy, pizza’s made without any care at all. They looked like they were slapped together and thrown out the door. I didn’t have half the toppings I was supposed to have, and my wife’s was all garlic and raw dough. I only brought up the fact that I had to wait before because why would the pizza be cold, if it wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up. It looked like the pizza that’s been sitting out all night after a party. It was late at this time, so I just resigned to contact them in the morning. I sent an e-mail with pictures and asked that it be looked in to, and if I could maybe get a voucher for another pizza, as I’m usually very happy with their establishment. I got an apology and a promise they’d look into it, and I would be getting some free food vouchers. So as you can probably guess by me writing this, they never showed up. They seem to not care much for their customers, and my wife and I were there fairly regularly. I won’t be returning and it’s really a shame because I used to enjoy watching games there.

Live close by and figured we would give it a try over our usual place. Definitely should have drove the extra quarter of a miles. Nachos had barely and cheese or chilli. Dinner was fair at best and and that is a stretch. Chicken parmesan tasted like frozen chicken pasties and the shrimp and crab dip was definitely not freshly made. The server was slow and has no idea about following up. Very disappointed in this place.

The food was a horror! I tasted salt for a whole day after! But our waiter was great. I ordered some chicken dish, salt chicken with this gross salt farro salad. Fries were so salty too. Yuck! Never again.

I got a follow up email and a follow up call from Kacey at Uno’s. Apparently the night of our visit they had a large function going on which caused the louder than normal noise level. She was very apologetic and went to great lengths to win our business back. We haven’t returned yet but feel better about the place and plan on going back at some point. My Wife is warming to the idea of retuning. We anticipate a better experience next time. The point is, they did make an effort to make it up to us so it appears they really do care about customer service. Our rating of the place is inching up a little

We had a coupon so we came here last night and sat at the bar. The place is nice inside and the menu is extensive, however, overpriced. We order the mushroom flat bread pizza and it was very small. Definitely, for one person and $ 13 is a little steep for what you get. The two female bartenders were not the greatest, you could tell they would rather be somewhere else and were just stomaching the customers. I also find it rude that they would every now and then whisper in each others ear and then look at customers and then laugh. Just not a comfortable bar experience.

I was trying to stay low carb so I guess shame on me for going to a pizza place. Well I’ll blame the boyfriend for that. Anyway I ordered herb rubbed chicken with steamed broccoli for both of my sides. Restaurant was reasonably busy but not overwhelming for a Friday night. My meal came out in the average time. It tasted fine but I was unimpressed with the amount of food. Broccoli for both my sides looked like one side and four small pieces of chicken I was still hungry after. Again it did help with my diet by keeping the calories down but not what I expected from UCG.

they told some good jokes here. They have a display on each table, a ziosk, that spits out paper and won’t let you play with it until you order drinks. then, there is nothing in it! The wireless is weak, but passable. The pizza was undercooked and under built(just tomatoes, no sauce). drinks not refilled, and then a new twist — complimentary desert that took 20 min. to come out! talk about an interesting feeling. mad that it was late, but pleased to have free cookie. there used to be a place called Unos in chicago that made just phenominal pizza…

How do they manage to screw up our food every time we go? Now you an read my other reviews, I’m not on of «those people» who have issues everywhere they go. I mean it happens but not every time. Unless I come to Uno’s. We’ve had raw — seriously bloody — hamburgers. Yeah, I asked for medium thanks, my bun shouldn’t be dripping bloody juice. To the other extreme, steak ordered medium — waitress confirmed«warm pink center». Yeah, that was pink, not gray. Maybe the cook is color blind. Oh, then the poor BF got the tips. Grossest consistency, they actually had a texture similar to liver. Yuck! So why, why do I go back? I go back because I have a coupon. Good job enticing my frugal side Uno’s. But you know what? I just can’t do it anymore. The saving’s doesn’t outweigh the fact that I just don’t enjoy the food. How can I when they mess it up every time?

Compared to other chain restaurants, Uno’s is doing it right when it comes to healthy options. I love the Farro Salad and the grilled chicken there. It is never done wrong. I don’t care for much else on the menu, but then again, I have limited options if I want to be fit and healthy. The bar area is where it’s at. They have several awesome ladies behind the bar who are nice to chat with. The Coors light big boys are under $ 3.00, which is pretty awesome(even though I hate Coors)! For dinner this place is great. For a bar atmosphere, it is a little boring-ish. but hey it is a restaurant and not a terrible dive, like I prefer.(smiley face)

So I am solely basing this rating on service and not food. My food was just ok, but you can’t really mess up a salad and wings too much :) My server on the other hand was so friendly and awesome that I go back just to sit in her section. Niloni is by far the best server in that place and makes coming back to eat here with family on the weekends so much more enjoyable!

I’m not reviewing the food here– Chicago UNO food is always decent, I’m reviewing the incredible and awesome service I received at the Haverhill location. My buddy and I drove up to get a tuxedo fitting for a friends wedding, after driving an hour only to find out that the tux place was closed on Tuesdays, we drove across the street to UNO’s. When we came in we were immediately seated, given menus, drink orders taken, boom pretty impressed(mainly because the one in Dedham, Ma takes a while for initial server contact). What really sealed the deal though was the manager coming over to us, introducing himself, asking how we were enjoying our food and then, thanking us for coming in and giving us some pretty great coupons and a complimentary pilsner glass. I was really impressed by his great attitude and kindness. If I’m ever back in Haverhill, my restaurant stop will be that UNO’s!
