They rented us a broken tea urn. We didn’t realize it was broken until it was out the door and a staff member notified us at the last minute. When we returned it, the putty they had used to try to put it together broke off, and they charged us a penalty fee. When we said they shouldn’t have rented us a broken urn and we can’t be responsible if they didn’t do a good job putting it together, they said «it wasn’t their problem» and to «go rent somewhere else».

I rented a Bobcat with a stump grinder attachment this past weekend. A big home project was well underway. Cost $ 375 for 1 day. I was able to pick it up before closing (4:30) on Saturday and return it first thing Monday morning. The Bobcat ran great, however I wish I was able to receive a bit more 1:1 instruction or get a number to call if I ran into problems.
Luckily everything turned out fine. I got all 30 plus stumps ground up and I moved some big ass rocks out of the lawn. My lawn now looks like a war zone with big ruts and bombed out holes.
Enough yard work to keep me busy through Christmas. Nice.
