Stewart Septic Service

Stewart’s Septic has gone above and beyond! We have used them a few times for pump services, and always had quality service at a great price. This month we ran into an issue with our septic, and at 7:30 at night I found myself calling for an emergency service. The answering service was great and ensured I would get a call back right away. Sure enough, with in about 5 minutes, Mike called me back and was assessing the situation. He was great, going over things with me and trying to troubleshoot our issue. When we couldn’t find a fix quickly, he got in his car and came right over. Sure enough, we had a minor issue that was quickly resolved with his help. He was great with my husband and I, giving us a few pointers, as we are not that savvy with septics! He was pleasant, personable, and most of all kept our best interests in mind. He could have come out upon request, and did an emergency pump, charging us hundreds of dollars, when it wasn’t necessary. But he was up front and said, he would never want to charge us for something we didn’t need! He dropped everything from his evening to help out a few naïve home owners, and refused to take a dime when all was said and done! His words, «I want just our customers to keep coming back!»
Now days, you rarely find people who are ethical, kind, and put the customer first. Most people are always out to make an extra buck. However, Stewarts Septic knows what customer service is all about! And that’s why we will never go anywhere else, and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know!
