Mr. Mike’s Restaurant & Lounge

For the first time in my life I walked in to a restaurant and did not get service. A party of four sat in the bar area for over ten minutes and got ignored. The waitress walked passed us both bartenders walked passed us. The owner was there and watched us walk out. The bar was occupied but not the bar tables we were the only ones. I have eaten there before but will never again. We went down the street spent over a hundred thirty dollars and was happy to do that. Got great service and great food. It’s a shame they didn’t want my business. Good luck if you keep this up you will need it.

Stopped in just before 10pm… they close at midnight … They were definitely not that busy just people throwing back beers at the bar. Took them 10 minutes to even take out drink order then the waitress giggled and flirted with every Tom Dick and Harry Instead of taking our dinner order… After 40 minutes of her bouncing around to all the drunken men in the room we were extremely upset! We demanded the check for our drinks (2 cokes) …$ 3 Bill We handed her a $ 10 and she brought us back a $ 5… SHE TIPPED HERSELF!!! We walked out back to the car at 11:15pm ((time to take drink order and then time for the bimbo to do anything but take our dinner order… and then the 10 minutes to get us out check to pay for the drinks)) and naturally starving we ended up at taco bell because after waiting for over an hour all together we just needed to eat …
This place is a total dive … Absolutely disgusting service … Great place for the local junkies to congregate … Bathrooms were deplorable …

Pretty much the worst broiled haddock dinner I’ve ever had. Vegetables were soggy, haddock was tasteless and cold. Rice was ok. Waitress tried hard to make up for it by deleting it from our bill but then couldn’t figure out the correct change. It had been several years since I had eaten here and it will be many more before I go back.

we went a while back and there were a lot of people who got separate checks. The waitress added her huge gratuity and we were shocked. Separate checks, hello!!!
Who does that?
well the food took forever.
getting a soda took forever.
My friend went next door to get soda from a gas station. A 2 liter.
Unreal.
The service was so bad that my friend who tips huge decided to fight the gratuity and state his case blatantly so the service may improve in the future.
Just not cool.

A good meal for a good value. I did find the portions generous but the quality just average. I found my meal (chicken parm) to be quite bland.
Went on a Friday evening and the place was packed in the back room. Many drinkers playing Keno and gambling.
Not sure I would return.

Just came in for dinner with my wife. Waited for someone to greet us. Saw the owners walk by. Nothing. Then someone from the kitchen said they would find a waitress. Still nothing. Saturday night at 9 and the service was terrible. Settled for Uno’s. Got seated and served drinks right away. I would rather support local restaurants than a chain. Disappointed!

Mr. Mike’s is a family favorite for me, my boyfriend, & my boyfriend’s family. (It was he who introduced me to Mr. Mike’s last year!)
They have pretty good food here at the restaurant. My boyfriend & I ALWAYS take advantage of the dinner-​for-​two option for $ 24.95, which includes two entrees, hot coffee/​tea, & dessert. The entrees include dishes like marinated steak tips, a roast turkey dinner, & eggplant parmesan, & include two sides. I always, ALWAYS get the steak tips, & usually get mashed potatoes & gravy & rice pilaf. (Don’t get me wrong, the other dishes are great, especially the generous-​sized fried haddock. I just always crave those steak tips) Desserts are simple, but tasty, & include things like chocolate pudding or strawberry cheesecake. The portions are always generous, so you certainly won’t walk out of there hungry.
Mr. Mike’s is also a popular place to play Keno, with flat-​screen TVs all over the place for players to play, & every table has Keno cards. There is a bar, which is a favorite hang-​out for Keno players & locals looking to have a few drinks. The décor is a little bland, but not detracting from the location.
All-​in-​all, good food, great atmosphere for families, & great prices. It’s a frequent stop for my boyfriend & I. (And would be more frequent if it wasn’t for our work schedules keeping us busy all of the time)

Mr Mike’s is a good spot, good food and low cost beverages, haven’t been disappointed yet.

I like it here. The food is always yummy and they have some great 2-​for-​1 specials. Great place if you like to play Keno too. you can play in the bar or dining area. The waitresses are mostly old ladies which can be both a curse and a blessing. Bar selection on tap is not so great, but they make one stiff drink!

Mr. Mikes has been around forever. Their bar is a hangout among locals and theyv got keno. For the food part, sometimes its hit or miss when you go there.
We have had things that were really good and things that were just.meh. Its fun for a family night out, a date or a night at the bar.
