I have visited this florist many times. They always have a wonderful selection of seasonal favorites. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the farmer’s market during the summer.

Got a beautiful vase of gerberas delivered to my sister for Mother’s Day. The arrangement was wonderful. I also paid for a Mother’s Day balloon to be attached. When I went over to my sisters to see the arrangement, the balloon said «best wishes!» Best wishes… Not happy Mother’s Day! I called to ask why a Mother’s Day balloon wasn’t delivered and they said they ran out of Mother’s Day balloons! I wish they would have called me and told me and gave me a refund for the balloon. Kinda odd that it said «best wishes!»
I’m giving 3 stars because the arrangement was beautiful, but as for their customer service, I wish they could have told me about the balloon error.

I was looking for a florist in the Bradford/​Haverhill area and decided to try this florist. I am so glad I did. I explained what I wanted for a sick friend, and hoped for the best. What I got far exceeded my expectations! The most beautiful, reasonably priced fall vase of flowers with an added teddy bear (my idea). My friend took a picture of it for me, and I could not be happier. The woman who answered the phone was so nice, that I had to call and thank her.
