We have a business just down the street and this is without a doubt our go to place for lunch. Over the last 10 years I’d say we’ve ordered from here easily a few hundred times and I can’t recall a time when the order was inaccurate or a disappointment. The potions are generous and fairly priced. 90% of the time we do delivery and the times are pretty fast. I almost feel bad every time I order because we are on the 5^th floor… but the driver never gives me a hard time about the stairs. Perhaps he likes the extra exercise :-)
Love the steak bomb, Chix/​Steak KBob Salads … but I’m left expecting more from the Buffalo Chicken Tenders. There’s another place in town that I order from when I’m in the mood for those, but honestly it’s probably for the best. If I loved their buff tenders I’d probably gain 100 lbs. LOL
The other thing I really like is their online ordering system. It’s quick and easy to use and I think really sets them apart from many other delivery places in the area.
The guy who runs the place is also a pleasure and always has a smile on his face and a great attitude.

Love the Giovanni’s on Main St in Haverhill, but not sure where they went wrong with this store on River St. Food was decent when first opened but has gone down hill. I stopped ordering roast beef from here after a few times of it being like the leather on the bottom of a shoe. Salad today has burnt chicken on it and no tomatoes. The sub a co-​worker ordered with lettuce had just a few shreds of lettuce and mushy tomatoes. They really need to make some changes to this store to keep up with the other one. After today I am going to pay the extra delivery charge and order from the Main street store, exclusively. Surprised to hear the other reviewer say this store was better. Me and all my co-​workers would strongly disagree!

I’d say 3.5 stars is fair enough for this place. I’m going 4 because there may be 2 dozen plus pizza places in Haverhill that deliver this is the only one that never screws up my order and the food comes fast. ⁹⁄₁₀ times the roast beef is tender which is my favorite menu item. The house steak tip is also very good. The pizza to me is decent but everyone has a different take on the «perfect» pizza. There pasta dishes are surprisingly good for take out. The calzones are ⁶⁄₁₀. The subs, chicken tenders, bacon cheddar fries and onion rings are an ⁸⁄₁₀ imo. This review is for the River st location.

Great prices. Just left the Vaporlicious right next door and decided to pop in and have a bite to eat. Food was delicious and it was cheap for what I got!!! The girls that work there are friendly and got me my food fast. I’ll be back!

This location is much better than the Main Street one in Haverhill. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is delicious! A large order of fries is actually a large order! (Like it used to be.) Unlike most places around here.
Cheesecake bites are yummy! Chicken broccoli Alfredo is yummy! My boyfriend got the chicken finger plate and said it was good. We have yet to try the breakfast, but it is on our to-​do list.

Good roast beef. And I like their onion rings.
They do apparently have trouble getting what a 3way is… Steak and cheese was good as well.
Little trouble understanding the Indian?/ Pakistani? lady that answers the phone, but overall it was a good experience

I ordered food from here last night to watch the Super Bowl with my kids It was fantastic. Had The steak tips dinner and it was huge. The steak tips were tender and exceptionally tasty, The pizza was excellent as well and the delivery service was Quick. We definitely will order from there again we were impressed

The food is pretty decent here for a sub shop. It’s been our go-​to place for the last year now. They always get the orders correct which has been a problem with every other place around. My husband loves the house steak tip sub which he eats prob every other day. I don’t like the pizza at all, so I recommend some place else for that. But I have liked all the breakfasts that I’ve tried.

OMG this was awful awful awful. Worst breakfast i have ever had in my entire life. The waitress was an air-​head and totally rude. She had to have been one of the worst servers I have ever had in my 30 years of life. The omelet was THE most disgusting one I have ever had (and I have had a lot of omelets). It had greasy pizza topping pepper and onions and mushrooms on the inside that were marinated! The used the sub ingredients for my omelet. gross.
The home-​fries were awful too. I like potatoes no matter what and these were like Indian food tasting and raw-​ish and I could taste them for hours.
I cringe just thinking about the food.
I really do not recommend that people even attempt to eat breakfast here. it is terrible.
We even had to ask the pigeon brained waitress how we pay the bill and she said bring it to the ordering counter then she came and rung me up 5 minutes later. This is the first time in my LIFE I didn’t leave a tip.
I was shocked at how awful all around this was.
