We rented tuxes for my groomsmen from this place last November 2014. The blonde girl was very helpful in the fitting, selection of tuxes that could be rented from there vender. Service was prompt and friendly.

I’ve used this place for dry cleaning, have not used the delivery service. They seem to do a fine job. I’m not sure I would leave my clothes here for tailoring because the store itself seems like such a mess – I’ve noticed this about a lot of dry cleaners.
Update: shoe repair is no longer available here.

Why the low review?
Because of repeated poor laundering/​home delivery and pick-​up
(despite multiple calls and personal conversations with owner and managers)
Listed reasons include:
1– delivery of other people’s clothes to our home
2– lost items
3– not hanging shirts as requested (multiple times, despite repeated reminders)
4– forgetting to pick up
5– forgetting to drop off
The reason for the 1 star is that despite the listed reasons. They do keep trying and have been reasonable with payment terms. The owner seems extremely sincere and polite when we do call and talk to them. But the problems keep repeating! It’s very frustrating. We keep using them because they are the only cleaners around who can do home delivery/​pick up. Otherwise, we would have left them long ago, alas. So there you have it!
