I very much enjoyed my burger with swiss and cartelized onions. The sweet potato fries were delectable-​no grease! I had a glass of wine and ended up sampling my husband’s beer. The beer selection was solid and the beer menu had good explanations for those of us who are not beer experts.
For those first timers: the restaurant is reachable by stairs and elevator and is on the 3^rd floor. A bar-​only is on the first floor. The first floor has huge ceilings as the building was a former bank. Great architectural restoration.

Solid beer menu. Not a go to place for vegetarians/​vegans as their menu is VERY limited. Has multiple floors and solid service. Seems like a lively place throughout the week. Has an elevator which is nice for handicap accessibility. Had an okay falafel plate. Fries were tasty but the falafel was a miss. My mom enjoyed her fish platter (it was huge) and my brother enjoyed his steak and fries. Solid bar food but better beers.

I’m here all the time with my friends and on dates. Great pub food, so many beers to choose from, what’s not to love?

This might be my favorite restaurant in Haverhill. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and the service is always good too. My favorite item on the menu is the southwest wrap, which is sooo delicious. I also recommend the southwest Caesar salad, the nachos, or the french onion soup.

Great atmosphere but i have yet to have a good meal here. Nothing has been bad, but nothing has been good either. I no longer eat here. Good beer selection, however.

Beer menu is fantastic. Food choices are eclectic, but what you’d expect (or should expect) from a place like this! Burgers, pub food, salads, and great mix of main dishes. Also have a good selection of Mac and Cheese dishes.
My wife ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which ended up having garlic in the mayo. She’s allergic, so couldn’t eat it and was a bit upset that it didn’t state on the menu that they used a «pesto» mayonnaise. Without hesitation, our waitress realized she wasn’t eating it and alerted the manager, who came right over to offer something else and comp her meal. Very professional and smart! My fish and chips were great as was my sons steak bomb Mac and cheese. Really, everything we had seen coming out to the tables looked delicious… We will definitely be back and make this a place on our rotation. Great food, excellent service, and well run place.

If lived in Haverhill for a long enough time that I should have tried them sooner. I never received any recommendations and it’s so far down the list of help recommendations I over looked them. Not to mention the pictures don’t do them any justice either.
It’s Haverhill’s best kept secret.
Walked in last night when they were close to closing up and ordered the first thing I found appealing. I was not disappointed. I got thee if not top three burgers I’ve ever had before. The Diablo like it’s name suggests is chock full of kick… a nice beer goes far when your mouth is on fire. I loved it and our bartender Sam was a pleasure.

Was informed by the waitress that the menu gets updated every week or every other week; after finding a meal on the website I found this information troublesome because it looks like the website isn’t updated.
It’s an oddly designed interior. The booths are way too large for two people alone, it seems it’s better to go with a group of people instead.
At least the drinks are reasonably priced and they do have a somewhat wide selection hon IPA, and flavored beer.
Here’s where it gets kind of soggy –
My eating partner got their plate of food before me, minutes later I received mine. The waitress could’ve informed us of when the other plate would arrive but she never came by – even though the place was rather desolate; being in a restaurant I think it’s custom that the patrons would like to eat at the same time. My meal (when it came) was in fact really good except for the fries that came with it, that most likely came out of a bag purchased from the frozen foods section at a grocery store — they were lifeless and tasteless so I only had a light pick at them.
My eating partner had a plate of chicken wings that look like I could’ve made at home, the plate of the wings looked sad, even though they tasted OK it didn’t look appetizing at all.
I rarely like to go out to eat because I enjoy making my own food at home. What I spent at this place (including tip) could’ve afforded a plethora of homemade dishes.
Maybe I’ll give this place another try sometime in the future, maybe during the day is a better experience.

For what I had, hands down 5 stars! The braised beef was tender and pulled part with a fork. Great beer selection as well!

Went here recently for a couple of beers and apps. The food was ok and the beer selection was just ok despite the name. The atmosphere was sort of sterile and bland although the space is cool (I think it’s an old bank or something) so it was kind of odd that such a cool space could be so lacking in character. It sort of feels like a place that just opened and hasn’t really gotten going yet. I’m not sure how long it’s actually been open so I can’t say if that’s really the case or just the way it felt to me. I will say that the bartender that was there on the day I went (Saturday during the day) was very friendly, attentive and actually had me laughing quite a bit with his singing every song that came on while I was there. He was the best thing about the place by far.

I came here when they first opened and simply wasn’t impressed, but I’m glad I tried it again! Krystal the bartender was very friendly and attenttative; she also gave some wonderful recommendations!
I will be back!

All of the staff, especially the bartenders, Kerry, Kristel, and Frankie are very engaging, and personable!
The food and drinks are fabulous, and there is an amazing beer selection! Definitely a must visit in Haverhill!

Need more Windows, though… nice big space, but feel closed-​in.

I was there for the gastro, not so much for the pub. Got the Chipotle Mac n Cheese with a side Southwestern Caesar salad.
The mac n cheese was too rich for me to finish. A lot of oil and/​or butter. My gall bladder objects. And the burn factor was non-​existent. Give me capsaicin or give me death.
Same dig on the salad. Heavy, no kick. Too many shredded nacho chips – it’s not a football party centerpiece.
That said, the menu is really eclectic and I’d give it a 2^nd chance.

The clam
Chowder was so thick my husband didn’t finish his bowl. The tortellini was just ok. The toast points were so hard you could hardly eat theme he only positive was that we had our dog along so could sit outside with him
Our last visit was much better.

Great place… superb beer selection and very good food.
We dropped in while visiting the area. There were quite a few food options that included fresh ingredients. Though they also had traditional pub fare as well. The kiddos went for the chicken fingers (of course). The Chicken was fresh and hot, though they did not appear to be house made. Either way they were good and they were eaten right up.
I ordered the roasted beet salad and added grilled chicken breast. What a delicious salad! My husband ordered a burger. I stole a bite and it was very tasty. Juicy and seasoned right.
The service was spot on. The server was professional yet friendly and very attentive. This was a great place. I will definitely return if I am ever in Haverhill again.

On a last minute ‘End of school vacation’ adventure we walked into the restaurant after hearing good things. A really really happy (sincerely so) hostess chatted us up and then led us to the second floor of a charming building. We could hear the chatter on the first floor but had the 2^nd flr to ourselves. Win/​win!
I had the Mediterranean Wedge salad w flank steak. Flawless. My husband had steak and it was gone in a flash. My daughter had the tortilla coated haddock that looked amazing, sounded crunchy and also disappeared quickly. My little boy had the Hullava Good Club. The hamburger club was served on flatbread and I can say, first hand, that it was delish.
The Pub Dip as an appetizer was so good but in hindsight we filled ourselves too soon.
We’ll definitely be back!

Great selection of beers, tried a couple different ones. Split a few apps with the ladies before moving over to the Tap. It was quiet for a Saturday night and mostly couples. Enjoyed it and went back two days later but was looking for a bit more excitement so didn’t stay too long. Nice place for a date.

Julie was the best. From our beer selection (I’m a novice) to the burger, it was all just great. Burger was perfectly cooked and had a great salad option.
Beer was overwhelming, but she talked us through it and we loved it. The vibe in this spot was great and the architecture was beautiful.
If I’m back in this area, I’m back here!
