I went to Striker to rid myself of a nasty habit almost two years ago. I did not believe in hypnosis and was not entirely sold when I agreed to give it a try but I made a promise and went to my appointment. It was the best decision of my life.
I am proud to call myself a non-​smoker. I have not had a cigarette since the minute before I walked into Strikers office. I had been unsuccessful with previous attempts (cold turkey, patches, gum, Auriculo Therapy). From the moment I walked out of my appointment, I did not have the urge to smoke. As I look back, I realize this was absolutely the easiest way to quit.
