Was not satisfied with the staff. When I walked in I was not even acknowledged. I said hello and was ignored. I started asking a few questions about their flavors and the women behind the desk acted like it was the end of the world. The flavors was ok fairly priced compared to some places. Simply because of the way the staff was I will not return here, nor will any of my friends.

The guys that run this shop are very knowledgable and are pretty cool as well. I picked up a 60 ml bottle of labowski and now it’s my favorite juice. I also got a new deus mechanical mod for my birthday and I’m very pleased with it. They have an awesome rewards system for every purchase you make… The juice is just fan freakin tastic… I’m hooked and you will be too… GreAt deals great people and a ton of vape… Best shop in Hattiesburg for sure…

I have been a customer of Vaporized since quite literally the beginning. I remember walking into the original Vaporized store (during its first week of being open) after a lackluster experience elsewhere with a bad ‘taste’ in my mouth for vaping in general, but Bill, the owner of Vaporized, changed that. Not only am I fan of his wide selection of products, but his prices are extremely competitive, and you won’t find a larger variety of custom liquids anywhere else in town.
When it comes down to reviews, personalities may clash, people have «off» days, and sometimes policies are in place that certain individuals do not take the time or have the ability to understand. This does not give them the right to bash a business on social media.
Thus, I would definitely recommend paying more attention to the positive comments here, and just go see for yourself what Vaporized is all about. You’ll get great customer service from a knowledgeable staff and owner, whom simply want to run a successful business and support the community. You will be able to achieve a great vaping experience with Vaporized — and isn’t that the whole point?

Probably one of the best vapor shops I’ve been to in a while. Staff was more than willing to help you and suggest different juices to you depending on what other favors you like. Great atmosphere all around and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a shop in the area.

Visited the shop 2 days ago and purchased a Vulcan RDA. Talked with Bill the owner who assured me that they only buy authentic gear from trusted vendors. Next day went to my normal cape hang out. Talking with the guys there and they pointed out that my Vulcan is a clone. We compared my Vulcan to a known authentic Vulcan. You have been warned.

This is the absolute best vaporizer store in town. My first time in, blind to the vaporized world, I was walked through all the steps with the utmost friendliest service. They went in detail on how operate and how to service the vaporizers. They offer some of the best mod techs you could ever ask for more experienced vaporizer-​ers. Once you walk in the door, they will devote their time to you and help you in every way until you are 150% satisfied with your purchases. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my vaporizer needs.

They’re very willing to sell you an Evod 2 for $ 12. Other vape shops will sell the same tank for $ 8. Not somewhere I’ll go again. USM students, just order online from someone else.

This is a great vape store for the newbie like me. They are willing to share info and help in any way they can. I found my self buying all sorts of stuff and appreciated the fact that no question is stupid. Even though I live in TX I will continue to do business with them.
