I went to get an oil change and a tune up. I was given a higher price than what the boards stated and was told it was because my car had coils instead of wires… I was told the tune up wouldnt take long… I said if it wont take long… a little over 2 hours later I finally had my keys back. When I said something about it taking a long time to the guy he said we had a lot of other cars come in after that and we got swamped. When I told the receptionist I was annoyed she gave me a number to call. When I called I was greeted with how did you get this number and was then told it was a personal cell but thay he would go ahead and take my call. How nice. I wont be going back.
