The ice cream was delicious, and I really appreciate the employees being so friendly even though we came in 30 minutes before closing. They also served 3 or 4 people after us with the same great attitude.

Had a terrible experience with this business this afternoon… I see no one has reviewed it since 2012, and I think the management has since changed. I used to enjoy going, but I noticed it had gone downhill recently. My daughter was having a birthday today, and she wanted to get a cake from there, so I agreed… I went online a four days ago and ordered a cake for her, then got an email confirmation telling me to pick the cake up today at 2:30. When I got to the store, they did not have my cake. Mistakes happen — that is understandable. I figured they’d just give me a different one or something else. The real problem came when the very helpful employee called the manager to ask him what to do, and he wanted to speak with me. His first reaction was that I was not telling the truth and did not actually order the cake. I told him that I did and he asked me to produce the online order confirmation, which I then showed the employee. He then informed me that he had nothing to do with the online ordering process and no one told him I ordered it, so there was no cake. He informed me that if I had a problem I could just go back online and file a complaint. I asked if he could get one made for me, since it was my daughter’s birthday, and he said no. I asked if there was anything else he was willing to do or offer instead and he said no. He was hostile and never once apologized or indicated that he cared in the slightest. No matter what I said, he just said «I don’t have anything to do with this. What do you want me to do?» I told him it was horrid service and I’d take my business elsewhere. So there you go.

You might pay a little more but it’s the best ice cream in town. You don’t have to worry about soured ice like I had at 32 degrees.

It is a little expensive, but worth the price. They can mix flavors or you can choose one of their already great flavors.

I love ice cream places like this. They can turn the most tasty treats into your ice cream.
